Don’t waste your money. The worst testing area. Rude instructor and racist. I saw with my own eyes all Asian people failed and white pass. Don’t waste time, and money. It doesn’t matter if you know how to drive, the instructor look at you and already know if u pass or not. I would give zero star if I can. My instructor was the older white lady datk hair.forgot her name but oh boy she’s rude. Be careful out there or just avoid this testing area.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.Rude Indian examiner DID NOT EVEN LOOK at my blinkers and commented that they weren't being used. While on the ramp to the highway, my engine revved despite going the speed limit and he commented that I was going too fast. He was relying on the noise a majority of the time.This place is just here to steal your money and give you unneeded stress.

This is the worst Drive Test Centre! Most Examiner are so rude and they will fail you in just about everything like you have to be perfect! Why can’t they be nice for once because when they approach new drivers like that they will tend to get more nervous. Im not saying all of them are bad but most of them are! I was lucky to get a nice examiner when I took mine. She helped me calm my nerves by saying take a deep breath and that helped me a lot because I felt that she wanted me to pass not like the others where you feel like they are just waiting for you to fail! I hope others can be like her!

If I could give 0 stars I would.My mom and I had an awful experience in this location. We did not pass our tests for reasons that were a) not our fault and b) not even logical. From the start, we were treated with a racist undertone and just generally rude from our two different instructors. I know that DriveTest is a private company but they really are a scam and treat people's tests as businesses. Please don't come to this location if you want to be discriminated AND failed for no fair reason whatsoever.

I gave one star because I can’t do zero. This is the worst place ever, the instructors are extremely rude, and I may go as far to say racist, the instructor literally slammed my car door when she left, and her attitude was disrespectful from the start. I expressed to her that she is racist and I would never return. It’s absolutely sad and straight robbery. This is the worst location ever.

Do not go here! How is this acceptable you have so many reviews and people telling you the workers are rude and unprofessional and yet no one is doing anything to fix it! The workers do not care and will fail anyone just because they are having a bad day, make people nervous and uncomfortable because of their attitude. They will also find any way to take money from people they will cancel on you and you still have to pay or you could be a second late and they will cancel on you! Clearly nobody is taking action this company must be okay with the fact their customers are being treated very poorly.

RACISTI did my G driving test twice here and both examiners failed me for no valid reason.First day, my instructer said I was ready for test. Zakir was my examiner and was very rude attitude, not friendly. Very discouraging and yells in the middle of driving. He failed me Because “I waited a sec for pedestrian to make a decision.” My instructer was surprised and said, “how I thought you would pass.”Second day, Jessica was my examiner. I read her reviews and was very positive and uplifted by her reviews. I was smiling and trying to be friendly with her as well, she kept shooting me rude looks. I felt terrible that I was being friendly and she was ignoring me and being a grump. In my car, was also another examiner sitting in the back. Jessica failed me, the reason was not clear, all she said was oh” work out”. The other examiner, I heard was saying to her that, “he did a good test why you fail him.”Both were being racist to me. I have driven on Niagara hiways over 50 times. No proper reason. This location should be sealed by government.

The absolute WORST customer service. Arrived at 4PM, waited in line with 5 other people and then told at 4:45PM they were too busy to assist any other customers and to come back another day. Meanwhile all the time I was there, one person was helping while two others sat at their desk and did not help. Unbelievable! This centre should be closed down.I would give it zero starts but Google reviews makes you give at least one.Do not go here!

I had a test for the G full licenceThe test happened on timeThe person that tested me was serious, respectful and professional.My experience was overall very positive.I was informed of my weakness and points I need to improve.I have seen other negative comments but I don’t share that view at all.The people at the office were helpful and courteous.
