The PSW’s that have been coming to help with my mom have been great. Most are friendly, caring & compassionate. It’s unfortunate that the office/ scheduling staff seem to be uncaring & unorganized.

The most uncaring patient provider. They miss an average of 7 appointments out of 21 per week. Nobody calls you back. Wait on hold for 20 minutes per call. They cannot provide what they are contracted to provide. Their PSW are not trained to provide the services needed. Bedsores are a major issues. A law suit waiting to be filed.

Horrible service no one ever calls you back no 1 knows who's who's supervisor who's available you wait weeks to get something resolved I am distraught that I can't just pick pick anyone I want through central West Lynn because this would not be my choice for my parents or any elderly family

Picks up contracts thru the lhin then can't provide the hours they are supposed to provide they just don't bother showing up or calling.

I would never work for paramed again. They don’t communicate well enough with the PSW/HSW. Don’t care about the PSW/HSW. And they just fire people instead of talking to them about what the problem is, and not telling them what the problem is when they do fire people. I got sick with COVID and was out for 10 days for that and had the stomach bug before that and they fired me because of that. It’s disgusting how they are running the company.
