Tyler V who came out to change my water filters was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly efficient and friendly. We had Robyn over for a presentation this evening. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. No pressure at alI to sell any products. I was amazed on how soft and clean the water is once filtered. The system is unbelievable. I can't wait to have the system installed.

Dealt with these folks for the first time today, and it was an extremely friendly and informative experience.My partner and I just moved into our home a month ago, and needed to have our filter changed on our reverse osmosis system. Dan, the technician who arrived (very promptly within the scheduled window, might I add) was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one with a smile.Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with our new water system, me and my kids has eczema, especially my eldest son, who has very dry skin. Since he was 7mos old until now that his turning 5, scratching until it bleeds, fighting all the time to shower him. Now it has a huge difference with his skin, were not using much of his creams, his not scratching much, no more flare ups. He sleeps better too. Thankful that we come across this product from OFWA. We are also pleased with Amanda, who is so knowledgeable in educating us with the difference of a good water to have a good health.

We very pleased with the service they provide. We love using our reverse osmosis water for cooking and coffee and tea! It never plugs up the keurig machine.
