Blue View Chalets

Do not book here! Out $1200. An Air B&B glitch occurred with our reservation, and cancelled our booking three days before our planned trip. The Air B&B representative felt terrible and wanted to refund us the $1200 — but the host wouldn’t — even though they had already secured another booking for that same weekend. Terribly greedy and zero communication either. The hosts claim to be “sticking up to Air B&B” How is this sticking up to Air B&B when you are hurting paying customers who intended to stay at your home? Please, please do not book here. And if you do— hope for no technology issues.

Went for a girls weekend and it was amazing. Everything we needed was in the chalet. Location was central to everything.

I was a little nervous about renting here but so happy I did. The place was beautiful and perfect for us. We were a group of 10 adults looking for a relaxing place to hang out. The hot tub and steam room were amazing. Even the appliances were impressive. I will say would have been nice if there were paper towels and extra toilet paper so make sure to bring that. Otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The chalet was very clean and check in and out were very easy. We are already planning our next getaway there.

I have had really great stays with Blue View... Started with a summer stay at Aqua Center and found the units to be large and clean. The experience was great, so we then stayed (with several friends) for a winter weekend as well at The Stella mountain property. Great locations and the owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend. And don't feel shy to ask them for directions or recommendations, they know the ski hills and town very well.

Very beautiful area. Place was very clean and quiet. Gre location as only 10 minute walk to the village. Golfers would love the location to the courses in the area.Chalet was spectacular and all the necessities were supplied. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION WITH THIS THEIF OF A HOST. Upon booking and paying $1200, a glitch occurred with AirBnB and the rest of our payment did not go through. Instead of doing the NORMAL thing and communicating to our group that a payment error occurred, they completely cancelled our reservation and booked another party over us with NO REFUND & NO COMMUNICATION. After contacting AirBnB, who were very empathetic to our circumstances, we were told that it was up to the host to give us our refund since the payment was already processed. The host has refused to give us our refund, despite booking and charging another party over our group. This was supposed to be a fun bachelorette weekend, and instead we’ve been robbed and kicked to the curb with no communication or notice beforehand. Since they’re refusing to give us our money back, maybe they can use that $1200 to take a tourism & hospitality course and learn a thing or two about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great stay, close to village - hot tub and sauna were fantastic after long day of hiking

The chalet is beautiful, nice and close to the mountains no issues reaching customer service and they answer quickly.Main issues is in the details. The top level (living and dining) was full of ants. They were crawling around garbage bins, on the counters, the tables, and where the dishes are stored. It is surface cleaned between guests so things like the microwave and stairs aren't clean. It says that toiletries are provided yet all the dispensers are empty, they put a super cheap conditioning shampoo on the counter which isn't even worth using.

My friends and I had a bachelorette planned for this upcoming weekend. This company canceled our reservation WITHOUT notifying us. We provided 2 different credit cards for payment, they went to pay the remaining of the balance with the one card and realized it was different from the first one and just cancelled our reservation completely! Instead of contacting us so we could explain that we provided 2 credit cards for a reason, the Air BnB cancelled our reservation, no email, no call .. nothing! Our friends bachelorette is in 4 days and we have had to completely replan the entire bachelorette. They also are not refunding us any of our money, which is absolutely ridiculous because they have another reservation booked with another group of people, so they are not losing money. I will be sharing this with everyone, I highly recommend not booking here, they are not a reputable company whatsoever. Air BNB support feels awful and would give us a refund BUT this host will not and therefore, their hands are tied! I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere, we are so disappointed with this company and will not be booking here again.
