Called Mark about a problem with my printer. After explaining the issue he asked me to send him some examples of the misaligned printing. A few hours later he emailed me his thoughts and a suggested way to fix it. I performed the (very simple) fix and WOW!! problem gone. Although a simple fix, it is not anything someone without extensive knowledge and experience would know. Highly recommend!

Windgod is an exceptional place to go for your Epson repairs. Mark is truly a marvellous fellow; very kind and easy to deal with —thorough too. My issue was a relatively easy fix it turns out... he didn’t make me feel like a fool for his help.

I called Mark when the heads on my 1 year old Epson Surecolor F2100 garment printer became clogged and stopped printing. This is a DTG garment printer which cost me $18,000.00 and was three months past the warranty. Mark methodically and professionally, removed the head and took it back to his shop to clean it. Unfortunately the head was too far gone and it could not be salvaged. Mark ordered a new head for me from Epson and brought it in, reinstalling it. The machine worked perfectly!Mark then explained to Epson that the warrantee was only 3 months past date and arranged for Epson to send me 4 new white cartridges which was a very much appreciated as they are about $300 per cartridge.I would recommend Mark to anyone who has a problem with a printer.As I have many years of mechanical training myself and have been self employed for 50 years I have had many interactions with techs and mechanics for various pieces of production equipment. I live on Vancouver Island and was having a heck of a time finding someone to service my Epson printer (on the Island). I finally reached out to Windgod hoping that they could at least recommend someone here on the Island that could help me. When I explained the issue to Mark, and sent him a couple of pictures, he immediately told me that I should be able to fix that myself and even took the time to walk me through the steps on how to do it AND waited on the phone with me so I could test it to see if that did the trick. Mark - you saved me!! Now my business can keep moving forward!!!! Thank you SO much!! It is so hard to find customer service like this these days! THANK YOU!!! Mark is knowledgeable and diligent. He repaired our Epson F2100 DTG printer in a timely manner and had us back up and running. Especially impressive since we are located in a somewhat rural location on Vancouver Island. Highly recommended!

I thought that I would have to replace my beloved SureColor P400 photo printer and was not looking forward to it, as the new SureColors are REALLY expensive. I brought it to Mark and he replaced the waste inkpad and properly aligned all the print heads. My printer was like new and I was very pleased.

I emailed Mark on a Saturday through his website requesting a quote. A few hours later, I received a response even though he is closed Saturdays. That same day, he let me bring my printer in. He had it for two weeks and he fixed my printer. Again, on a Saturday, he met me at his shop so I couod pick it up. I haven't tested it myself yet but he showed me the before and after and it prints gorgeously! I would recommend Mark to a friend and will be revisiting for any future issues.

This old man will ask you to pay first when you drop off your printer. he ask Credit card info. he said $80 but he charge $90.after 2 weeks later. i asked about my printer. he said stop whining.. and 2 hours later i gotyour printer is broken. I will throw away for you. so you don't need to come and west time. You're welcome."he probably knew when i drop off my printer.when i pick up my printer. he didn't even open it. I know because i open before drop off. this old man will scam you."

I live just south of the B. C./U. S. border in Blaine, WA. Not having used my Epson ET-2760 printer in several months it would not print. Although, I had followed the standard operations of nozzle and head cleaning, I still couldn't get it to print. The nearest service center is in Portland, OR. 300 miles away. I called Mark who eased my frustration and indicated that he could guide me through the issue and that I might be able to resolve the problem myself at home. If not, he said that if I needed to bring the printer to him he would work on it while I waited so that I wouldn't have to cross the border twice under pandemic restrictions. I greatly appreciated his reassuring tone and patience, which bespoke of a professional attitude. Richard M.
