Absolute worst experience yet took it in for a specific problem and they didn’t even look at that but charged over $600 to change the oil. If you are able to keep right on driving better chances of a duck fixing your problems. Nothing like taking advantage of the youngsters crossing the country side.Would have left it as a zero but not an option…

Fountain Tire
I was travelling through Canada and needed a new light bulb for my headlight (not easily accessible). I tried several places, but no one wanted to help me (It wasn't an expensive enough item). By chance I stopped at Fountain Tire in Dryden, Ontario and I'm so glad I did. The young man at the counter got me a light bulb (from their provider) and replaced it for me. Moreover, he was happy to help. What a difference that makes. Thank you very much for your help. It was appreciated more than I could say.

Thank you fountain Tire we were driving through and we needed to have our trailer tires tested. They seemed a little low. They had a look. They checked them all over. Never charges to penny. Thank you very much. What highly recommend them?. Customer service is amazing

I found a nail in my tire, which was leaking air. I called the tire shop and was told they could take me right in. My tire tech greeted me in the driveway and told me where to park. He had the tire off, patched, and back on within an hour of me calling. What I liked most was my tech buzzed the nuts up less than 500ft lbs and used the torque wrench to bring them up to 500 lbs. Most tire guys will just over torque them with a big 1 inch gun. Thank you guys for doing it fast, and doing it right

I had low oil in my car while driving through Dryden. I had stopped at this location just to buy some oil and they went above and beyond our expectations to ensure my vehicle was running properly. They topped up the oil and fluids as well as replacing the cabin air filter. Great service. Keep up the great work. Extremely happy with these guys!

Passing through Dryden while travelling across Canada, had to get a few things repaired on our Vehicle. We obviously didn't have a appointment, however Craig and the team were able to accommodate us and get us back on the road. 5 star service all around. Great Job by the whole team

We were traveling from Sask to NB, pulling a trailer, and pulled into the shop to have then check the tires because we were concerned about overheating. They came and checked and suggested we let some air out, and they applied grease to something and no charge (sorry, I'm not mechanically savvy)

Drove through Dryden on my way from ON - BC. Had a battery light come on. They took me right away, gave me an honest run down on the problem and told me to continue (didn't try to sell me on unnecessary parts). I got to BC without anymore issues. Great customer service, super friendly and accommodating, for my dog as well. As a solo female driving across the country I was weary, but they are very reliable. Would recommend!

This place is awesome! We were passing through town on a road trip and smoked a massive pot hole and needed a tire replacement. We didn’t have an appt but we called and the manager was super pleasant and told us he’d squeeze us in between appointments. As soon as we got there they were working on the car. The facility itself is sooooo clean and they have complimentary coffee/water/tea! Also, the waiting area is socially distanced with comfy chairs! Thanks to the nice team at fountain tire for helping us get back on the road quickly :)
