I have been going to Christie-Phoenix, now Gallagher, for years. They handle my car, home, health, and business insurance. Everyone I work with is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they make it easy for me!

Basically stranded. Bought a car and I needed insurance. I walked 5 km to the place. Called the phone number outside. Spoke to the front desk and looked at 4 agents sitting at desks with no customers. Agent said sorry we cant help you. I said I'm stranded. Sorry we can help you until January. Today is Nov 26...Zero stars. You can see from other peoples reviews customer service is not something they excel in.

Worst customer service ever. I just stopped in on my lunch break to renew my car insurance and had the displeasure of dealing with a middle aged woman (brown hair & glasses) who obviously did not like her job or me. The attitude I got from her was totally and completely unnecessary and immediately turned me off. She seemed super inconvenienced that I was even there, but also the fact that I lease and she may need to look into a blanket letter from the leasing company. I know these things can be looked up and said this to her, and I got We don't do that here"...wow...sorry! As an older woman comes over with a binder and does what....looks it up!! Then the condescending attitude that followed lasted about 20 seconds until I grabbed my papers off her desk

Exceptional service for my limousine business. Always welcoming! Staff take care of all my ICBC and business insurance. Kudos to Liz and Piers- exceptional positive experience!!

Very poor customer service here. ICBC printer was not working (regional issue) but staff was unwilling to hand write papers. Had to go elsewhere and staff there had no problem accepting my business and hand writing coverage for me. Christie Phoenix, you should take note of what true customer service is. BTW, you just lost a customer.

the only insurance place still engaging in zero contact despite so many safe ways to conduct business, drove there to find them all working" inside and completely unwilling to do anything but shrug. when i phone their phone number they made what i wanted (day insurance for a vehicle) sound impossible

I've been getting my insurance here for 40 years. I think that should tell you all you need to know about this company!

An extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Marcy. I was having difficulty remembering when I had claimed a loss on house insurance and she affectively insinuated that I was uninsurable. Strangely had zero issues obtaining multiple quotes from other brokers.This would be a great place to avoid.

Rating is neutral because I’ve had zero experience with them lately. I agree with the reviews from years ago saying they were great to deal with. However they became so unapproachable and difficult to deal with over the last years we have switched all of our policies elsewhere. Until there’s a new sign hanging outside I probably won’t ever check with them again.
