I have worked in IT for 20 years, and Shane is the best! I had very complicated problem since I couldn't access my email account on my laptop PC, and I could not find a workaround for the problem. I was truly stumped. I called Shane, and he went the extra mile to figure out what was wrong with my laptop. He took the time to research the problem, and he figured out the solution for my email account. For years, I have had a problem with Windows, and my PC was not operating properly, and Shane went above and beyond to fix my problems with Windows 10, too, and now my PC is running perfectly. Shane was very thorough, and he fixed the problems with my PC in less than 24 hours. I will be sure to do business with Shane again since he is an excellent Technician and is very knowledgeable. He is also very reasonably priced for his excellent services.

Hi folks!!Are you thinking about using Shane for your computer needs? Please don’t hesitate he reinstalled windows and backed up documents and photos for me on two different laptops.
