Sensation Nails

Went as a group of 5 ladies for pedicures. When appt was made they said they could accommodate 5 clients at a time. 4 of us had our pedis half done or completely done before the last lady in our group was even started. Her pedicure was complete before my own and I was halfway done when they started hers. The water was barely lukewarm. I had 2 different staff work on my feet. The second woman broke one of my toenails when she trimmed it, after I asked them only to file my nails. I was cut twice when they used the razor on calluses. I did not receive a foot massage nor did I get any lotion on my feet, only my legs. Love my shellac nails, no complaints with those. The staff I had were pleasant. The male staff that completed the quickest pedicure ever on the 5th lady in our group was very rude.

Best set of gel nails I have ever gotten! They have lasted 4 weeks so far! The staff was very welcoming and got me in the time that I asked for. She was meticulous and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Sensation Nails!

Went in to get a set of nails and a fill done on a set I already had with my girlfriend for a girl's day. Ended up leaving with sore fingers and No nails. First off lady put acrylic tips and tried to put gel coat without the acrylic making it so that they didn't stick and then didn't listen when I asked her to just remove them. At least five times will not be going back. Left upset but I will say the gentleman that was doing my friend's nails. Her nails did turn over very wellLeft upset but I will say the gentleman that was doing my friend's nails. Her nails did turn very well

Love getting my mani, pedi and eyebrows done here. The price is pretty decent and the service is great!!

Yesterday was my first time at Sensation Nails and it will be my new go to! The man who did my pedicure and manicure took his time and did a great job on both. He was so nice too and made sure to do the exact length and style I wanted. Can't wait to go back.

Staff are very polite and friendly. Was initially happy with the service, a few things I would've liked to be different about the nails but overall they were fine. However, within a few days the polish started lifting by the culticle. This photo is taken 6 days after the service. I've had gel polish last 3 weeks in perfect condition, so not happy with the quality. Especially for what was paid.

Young man that works there was very rude on Saturday. Lied and said they could accommodate all 5 of us at same time but did not!! Place is not very clean. When they drop an instrument they pick it up off the floor and continue using it. We will not be back

Kelly did my pedicure and gel removal (toes), and I'm only sorry I waited so long to try this place out. She did a great job: nails look super nice and she even painlessly dug out my ingrown toenails. Price was reasonable, everything was clean. I even liked their massage chairs, which usually feel odd and uncomfortable to me. My appointment was a month ago and my nails still look great!

Will absolutely be going back here !! They did an amazing job !! I am absolutely In love with my nails !!!! And the price was very acceptable for the absolutely gorgeous job she did !!!!

I went in to get a new set of acrylics today. Not only are they ALL uneven, with centimetre differences of sizes and way shorter than I asked for, the older man who did my set filed and used the drill on my nails so roughly that I left bleeding with cuts and extremely sore fingers. In addition, he did not communicate with me, and instead just grabbed my hand like I was a doll and manipulated it like I couldn’t feel it. He could’ve broken my thumb. Lastly, he burnt my fingers in the LED warmer by pushing my hand as far in as it could go, even after I had said multiple times that my hand is IN THE WARMER. I paid $10 more for these simple, one colour nails than they told me it would be on the phone. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend.
