This is regarding my Line of credit application with financial advisor named Sean. I had given all the requested documents but it took them so so much time to get back to me and they we not even picking up calls neither returning back call. At point it looked like I received the worst ever customer service compared to all the banks I have been through. Sean was not at all helping in guiding me how to proceed with application as well. Will not recommend anyone to go at this branch and give them any business.

I called today to open a savings account. The receptionist offered me a phone number to call back. I inquired with her if I was being directed to another branch. She replied that I was not. I asked why I could not be transferred. She replied she could do that. I don’t appreciate to be directed to go through the press one if you want service press two if you want to speak to someone that doesn’t care. I have found in my life when things don’t begin well they usually don’t end well.They offer a poor experience to begin.

Had a good experience at this bank. Went in to take care of a few things and get pre-approved for a mortgage. Vanessa Erickson was professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

This is my main branch, I have countless in person meetings and I can surely say i never truly understood what i was doing until i met Bianca. She does not dumb it down" but she words it well enough that I understand and makes sense to where i feel secure with what will be happening with my money. I have expressed my current and future plans and no matter what Bianca has been able to really explain to me what are my best options but also truly telling me the "right" way to do it no BS. - When I say that

There's a long line everyday. 5 tills but only 1 or 2 people working. They're service is slow and they'll also not process your mortgage properly.

I dread banking at this location, even before the pandemic. But now during busy hours I find myself waiting 30-45 minutes outside in the cold, rain, snow etc. I understand protocols and I’m happy this bank is following them, but the experience I get from this bank is never a good one. I recommend setting up a text service so customers can wait in their cars until they are next in line.The employees are always kind and friendly even though they are working during these difficult times.

Don’t waste your time. Exceptionally slow, poor customer service. Oh and don’t forget anything in the car because they will refuses to help you because they’re “closed” despite you having just waited over half an hour in line. Embarrassing.
