Bought the second watch from Mary Beth.She is nice and knowledge lady who always taking care of the business. During the shortage I have some questions about how the used watch dealer always have new watches. She is so patience and answered every questions. Incredible experience for me! I have purchased three Omega watches and one Tudor watch from Touch of Gold Halifax, dating back to 2021. I have also had one of those watches serviced. Every time I enter that store, whether merely to browse, or actually make a purchase, I always receive the best possible service. The salespeople greet me with a smile, know me by name, and kindly indulge (and participate in) my enthusiasm for Swiss timepieces. They are licensed dealers, they have an excellent selection of Omega, Breitling, Rolex, Tudor and Tag Heur watches, John Hardy and other fine jewelry, intimate knowledge of their products, and they are all tremendous ambassadors for their business. I would *highly* recommend Touch of Gold to anyone in the market for their range of products.

Bought a new Tudor Black Bay Chrono from this store and received it quickly. Unfortunately the bracelet was scratched in multiple locations along with the clasp. Feels like this new" watch has been desk diving. Zero inspection prior to shipping. Store offered to return and polish but why would I want to polish a new watch? Will not be purchasing from this place again. Learned my lesson."

Immediate acknowledged by someone upon entering the store. Employee new exactly what I was looking for . Very easy experience.Although I will note it was older staff (2) that acknowledged me. The younger staff were on their phones. Training opportunity!
