Incredible company. They were knowledgeable and skilled, took on a massive job to completely overhaul the heating system of an old farm house that had several new additions built onto it over the years. As a result they had the task of finding a way to replace the old condemned oil furnace with something new that could handle the very spread out heating/cooling requirements for such a large house ... and do so without breaking the bank.Several other contractors were just going to put a new propane furnace in and at least one didn't want to take on the job because they felt it was too much for them ... including Reliance. McCann however saw the potential issues and directed us to install a propane combi-boiler and spread the system out so part of the house would actually be independently supplied and controlled.It was still a large endeavor with significant cost, however they were very flexible with getting their money since most our funds were tied up in various accounts for the entire renovation of the house and the bank required inspections done before we could release funds to the contractors. They were more concerned with getting us heat then their money and for that alone I would recommend them to anyone.On top of all that they were also very pleasant to work with.

Hard working and honest did a great job for us a couple of years ago installing a furnace, getting them back again soon hopefully

Jerry (McCann) and Jeff were top notch!Installed two AC units in my house that required a lot of creativity to get the lines where they needed to go.Nothing phased these guys. The job was done quick and was done right.Jerry took the time to explain my whole HVAC system and made adjustments where they were needed.They are priced competitively and clean up after themselves.I would highly recommend McCann for all your heating and AC needs.

We had an installation booked for duct work, furnace and ac, however, with the current heat wave we requested a sooner date if possible. Jerry got back to us, and within two days they were starting the installation in our house. Two days after that, we already had Ac up and running. We are so grateful they were able to bump us up, and get things going so quickly. I would recommend McCann Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area.
