Excellent experience!! Thank you to Laura, and technician Brian and the rest of the staff! Friendly, efficient and understanding. I was in and out much more quickly than expected!!

Terrible. Had the worse experience here. I had my 26 week ultrasound with this place. The technician had me lay on the bed, flat on my back. I told the technician I was having a hard time breathing but she kept telling me 5 more minutes and she would adjust the bed. This went on for 45 minutes and I had a panic attack during the ultrasound, not only did she NOT stop but she also kept pushing very hard on my stomach to the point I thought something might be wrong with my babies. As my belly was VERY sore. I told her this also, she did not care. I will never go back, definitely staying with MIC imaging.

All the staff here were incredibly nice and courteous. Facility is clean and accessible. Elevator is available for those with mobility concerns, and several accessible parking stalls. The rest of the parking was taking though so I had to park a block over and walk. The terra losa location might be better if you have a stroller and kids to wrangle.

I had a pelvic ultrasound last Friday to investigate prolonged vaginal bleeding, and the technician not only noticed that my kidneys did not appear entirely normal, he did a full set of diagnostic images on them, providing my doctor with the very unexpected information that they were failing. And he provided it to the doctor as quickly as was possible.When I got home, the doctor phoned and told me to go to the hospital, and I had emergency surgery Saturday morning.The technician literally saved my life.My right kidney is toast, and apparently has been for some time without my awareness. But because he caught it before the left had completely failed, I'm still alive and recovering.He was also kind, professional, and efficient. But that's almost unimportant.Thank you.

Had 3 ultrasounds booked and all technicians were efficient, competent and friendly. Front desk knew my appointments would be over the 2 hour parking limit so she forwarded my vehicle description and license plates to the patrols so I wouldn't be ticketed. People were in and out with their appointments quickly. Clinic is also very clean and I witnessed staff sanitizing chairs which I really appreciated. First time here and I'll have to say I am very impressed. Thanks for a great experience.

I did all of my ultrasound at the clinic since my pregnancy started . I really liked the place and that’s why I came there without any hesitation but I had really bad experience with my last ultrasound . I really had a bad experience with one of the ultrasound technicians and I went to front desk and complained about it . The technician was extremely rude and didn’t bother to give any proper answer to questions, and a very big lack of therapeutic communication to me and my husband. All the other technicians were really nice and helped me understand things throughout the processs . With my last ultrasound I literally were scared to ask her anything because she just don’t wanted to give any answers or ask any questions . I asked her is my baby okay she just said I don’t know ask your doctor . I believe that isn’t the way of saying things .I hope everybody should be treated equally and professionally.

All of the lab technicians and counter staff I spoke with or saw, were friendly and so nice. I even got a lab tech student. She was fantastic. Great place to go if you need diagnostic imaging. If you have an appointment, the wait times are minimal and run pretty much on time.

My husband and I were there yesterday for the ultrasound. The receptionists were supper nice and helpful. They helped us with our paperwork and were able to answer all the questions we had…However, we were called in for the ultrasound exam, the technician with Ukrainian or Russian accent was supper rude to us. I was very concerned about my baby because he/she was sleepy which made it hard for the technician to get the measurements that she needed. Because I was very concerned, I asked her if my baby was doing fine. They way she responded to me was not professional. She was like “ I don’t know, if I said that your baby is giving a slight kick that means it alive. Go ask your doctor”.She did not even provide the pictures that she had promised to give us after the exam was completed, so we had to call back the clinic for them.

Slow slow slow. I arrived 15 minutes early for an early morning appointment, and still had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Whenever I go to any other Insight location with an appointment I went in within 5 minutes of my appointment time. This is not an acceptable level of service, especially when I see walk-ins being examined before me. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't be even close to the specified time? I will never use this location again if at all possible.
