Always nice to go to Tims. Coffee is great. Love the breakfast wraps but today was disappointing. It seems like they have shrunk the wrap to half its original size but at the same price or higher. A good example of shrinkflation.

The donuts have improved a little since the last time I was in a Tim's. Coffee was scalding hot and the cups were over filled. Coffee is okay, not great.

I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, and brought it home only to discover that it was missing BOTH the roast beef AND the cheddar. If you’re going to forget to add an ingredient at least have the decency to forget the ones that AREN’T in the name of the sandwich, and also the most expensive. The only things on there were the lettuce and tomatoes and the bacon I paid extra to add. Not to be dramatic but it was pretty disappointing.

Foods is absolute garbage , never warm breakfast sandwich’s , breakfast sandwiches are just split onto a bun , horrible presentation . Parking and driver through is a mess .Staff is slow and that baffles me how good can be still cold .Constant asking me to have my payment ready lol how about have warm food ready and my order correct .I can keep going but what’s the point they won’t change

This place has no customer service, always in a rush to push the next order though. Always have issues with the sandwiches. Go to another location and save yourself from disappointment

Horrible customer service. Was given the wrong coffee order and drove all the way back to wait in line in the drive thru and was met with an attitude that it was our fault they gave us the wrong order. Supervisor had terrible adversarial attitude with eye rolling to her fellow worker. No apologies just grabbed our coffees and shoved the other ones out the window at us. All we asked for was our order to be corrected but I guess that is too much to ask. Will not be back to this location as they don’t deserve my business. Horrible experience.

We ordered a soup and sandwich special. The sandwich was very good but the soup was disappointing to say the least. First of all the lid wasn't put on properly so when I took it out of the bag it was all over everything. The soup itself (potato and bacon) had very few potatoes and carrots in it, the bacon was just fat no meat and it had very little taste. I was expecting a very hardy thick soup. Definitely won't be trying that one again.

I used to go there every day, but now I dont like this place anymore. I asked for salt and pepper from the guy standing on the window. He wasn't happy about that and he started shouting in his own language. Someone was talking about the timing and want me to empty the spot. The coffee they serve was not even properly stired. Not impressed with the service at all. Bad service

I recently visited Tim Hortons for a quick snack for my kids and had an overall positive experience. The customer service was good, which is exactly what I expected from a fast food restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant looked clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus.My only disappointment was the limited selection of fun" doughnuts for kids. I was hoping to find a variety of colorful and creative doughnuts to surprise my kids with

This Tim Hortons location is nice! The drive thru gets backed up a lot in the mornings, but the service is always pretty quick. The coffee is always good and fresh. However, the cold brew coffee was not that great. I don’t recommend it, but everything else I have had here has been good.
