Phenomenal bank to deal with. Staff are excellent. Lines are never long or no line at all. Not sure why you'd want to bank with the big banks and wait in line an eternity

I have been with GVCCU for 10 years, and I plan to stay. They are real people who treat all of their clients like individuals. This is a true community credit union. I recommend it to anyone who is feeling disenchanted with big banks. Plus, you can use their debit card in any credit union machine for free.

Amazing , friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel more like family than a customer, Neena and Kuldeep have been there before I started banking with GVCCU-Surrey 24 years ago. Shaf who has been there for some years now is my other go to staff he is awesome.All the staff know your name when you come in even the newer staff.I will never change my Credit Union and recommend any new customers who want to be put at ease knowing you have the best staff who take the stress of banking and make it a positive experience every visit.
