Made an online orderWasn't even ready when I arrivedIt took me 30 minutes to even be answered toAnother 30 minutes to get my food (minus sausage since they were out)Employees were chatting in the back and arguing in who was doing what.Overall bad experience, clearly there was no good manager on the floor

Drive-thru a little slow but thats to be expected with everything going on right now. The food was made correctly (no tomatoes) so a big plus on that side!

I was riding my bike and wanted to go through Tim Hortons' drive through. I waited for someone to help me for 5 minutes and nobody did and they even took orders from other people that were walking. Why they didn't help me? I can't find any other reason that RACISM. My money was as good as theirs!

I've now ordered the SAME drink 3 times at the drive-thru, it was made wrong every time. Gotten cold food, missing items... something is wrong with each order.When I've gone inside to enquire, staff have just shrugged and said oh yeah

Quality and speed of execution haven't gotten better in 10 years. At this point there must be a curse on this place. Your best bet is probably to keep going on the 112 and stop at the next Tim Hortons.

Mobile order is so new that it's a bit hard to get used to for the staff, but it was very enjoyable nonetheless

Served old, expired coffee. Couldn't argue with the employees after all i didn't want to take the drive thru line again !
