She knew her products your company’s terms well and was an excellent and polite listener It took awhile for us to decide what we needed and she patiently worked with us to arrive at the right product and price. We are delighted with all the blinds and have recommended Budget Blinds to friends already. We are happy customers of Budget Blinds.

Do not order if you would like your blinds in a 3 month timeline. I ordered at the end of November and I find out the day it is supposed to be shipped that is delayed at least another 2 weeks and I had to reach out to them for an update. What was supposed to be worse case 7 weeks is now fast approaching three months.*Edit after response* Please check the communication threads with me, each time I found out about a delay it was because I was reaching out to Budget Blinds. There was no communication in advance on any delays. The last delay of the numerous delays, I found out by reaching out to confirm it had been shipped.

Budget Blinds was fantastic to deal with! Hannah was great at explaining the various products and helped my wife and I pick the best blinds for our needs. She kept me in the loop with installation and when everything would happen. Stu was my installer and he arrived on time and got the job done extremely fast! He was great at explaining everything about the blinds as well. I would highly recommend budget blinds of Southeast Calgary!

Excellent customer service! I called for a quote and had a consultation with Hannah a few days later. I promptly received a quote the same day. She helped me select the best blinds for my house and made sure the colour matched my window trim. I love the top down/bottom up blinds in my kitchen. It lets me have lots of light and privacy. Leanna came and installed them a few weeks later. They are better than I imagined. I bought cordless cellular in white with room darkening blinds for 2 bedrooms and light filtering for the kitchen and office.

My new blinds & roman shade were installed today and they look so nice! Colour & fabric selection is excellent-thanks to HANNAH! They really ‘soften’ the room and arrived just in time before the family Easter dinner.Leanna(the installer) arrived early for the appointment and was very quick and efficient in the installation and took all packaging with her.Overall a great experience using Budget Blinds of Southeast Calgary!

My mom is so happy with the quality of the blinds and how fast the installation process is. I highly recommend budget blinds to anybody that need new blinds.

I am posting this review 3+ years after purchase to give a better overall picture of our service and product experience (for all windows and sliding door in our home).First, we had a great selling experience with Cliff. He listened and understood our requirements, proposed some options, and helped us narrow down what we wanted with no pressure selling tactics. In addition, follow-up/reply from Cliff and his team were always quick.Then install was quick, clean, and courteous. The results, everything looked amazing and we were very pleased. 3 years later everything still looks great and works amazing. This is an important point because some of the products we purchased were either cordless blinds or motorized and after 3 years everything is working smoothly.There was one shade/panel that had a manufacturing defect (this happens with all industries/ products). Budget Blinds replied to my email very quickly and the manufacturer remade that shade/panel for me is a very short period of time.You definitely get what you pay for at Budget Blinds of South East Calgary. Great product, great service, and great warranty. One thing I did not mention in this review, as I have not had to use yet, is there no questions asked warranty. This is a another great example of how much they believe in their product and want to ensure their customers positive experience with their product and service. As a result, I can say this has been one of the best purchasing (product and service) in my life, so 5 out of 5 stars for Budget Blinds of South East Calgary and I definitely would recommend them.

Excellent service, great product. Our designer, Hannah Franson, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. She really helped us narrow down EXACTLY what would look great in our home.One window we have is extremely large and so our blinds had to be custom ordered - we were quoted 4-6 weeks for production and final delivery/installation...they came in and were installed today 4.5 weeks since our order was placed! Which I'm very pleased with.The quality of the material and workmanship on the blinds is second to none. Our installers were here on time, polite, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly to install our blinds.I can't recommend these folks enough - I'm very very happy. We'll be calling them again when we redecorate our upstairs bedrooms for sure!

We received our order from Budget Blinds a few days ago. We ordered shutter blinds for three windows and although they did take a long time to arrive, it was well worth the wait! The blinds are very good quality and are very beautiful. Stu the installer, was very professional and did the installation with care and perfection! We are extremely happy with the product and highly recommend Budget Blinds.

We have just completed installation of the second set of Budget Blinds on the second floor in our Calgary home. One year ago we had Budget Blinds install 13 blinds on the ground floor. Both purchases and installations were very well handled and completed to our complete satisfaction.
