Zero Accountability.After dealing with Colony Ford and their service team on my 2 previous vehicles, 2016 F150 engine blowing at 3000 KM and my last escape 2017 experiencing transmission problems after bring it in for some warranty work at 60k KM, I decided to give them one last chance.I decided to get a brand new 2020 ford escape hybrid. I worked out what ever deal I could, trust me when I say this, didn't haggle the price at all because I wanted to get into a safe vehicle as the 2017 escape was becoming a dangerous drive. Two things happened with this vehicle that has now pushed me to my last straw.1. After getting the vehicle from Colony noticed something wasn't right but chose to ignore it, after about a week I went to get my car washed and really got a look at my new car, the wheels (picture 1) I had paid for weren't the right wheels and had given me some random stock that weren't even the sizes recommended size from Ford. After bringing this up, I got a run around of; the Wheels that you are speaking of were very badly back ordered from Ford so we went with the best option that we could for you so we would not hold up the delivery of your brand new Escape!!!" and "*Sales reps name* told you this" which he didn't. But the best response was from the GM

After working with another dealership that wasn’t straightforward about the delivery of our new car, we were pleasantly surprised by Humberview and Joe Melino. Joe was so wonderfully straightforward and just the kind of salesperson you can feel good about working with. James provided fantastic service putting together our bill of sale too.All around fantastic experience so far! I highly recommend Humberview.

Edit: I have contacted the GM who is unwilling to solve due to me following complaint proceedures. Aggresive behavior not safe for women or those with limitations. Poor response.Non Responsive NO AODATheir in owrnership of Hyundai Cooksville and this place should be shut down and not just for damaging service but also bad behavior. I felt very taken advantage of by one of your locations and no one has responded!

They are great to speak with, got the vehicle ready in a timely matter, but when it came down to an issue with the vehicle they stated I had to drive back to Mississauga to have it looked at (I live 2 hours away and they have a sister site 20 minutes from me) now I’m stuck with a vehicle under 100,000km that’s constantly stalling and likely an expensive fix that they won’t deal with unless I risk driving it on the 401 to have them look at it.Edit to review regarding the response from Humberview Group, I have reached out directly to the dealership to the person I bought the vehicle from and the sales manager with no response from either one! Very disappointed with the Mississauga branch. I should have followed my gut and went to a different dealership.

I had some warranty work done on my truck. The whole processs was seamless including having a rental vehicle ready for me and a drive to the rental office. So quick and easy! Great service!! Nice to experience! Very very professional company.

Had a very unpleasent experience at Cooksville Hyundai. Spoke to Jack the General Manager who did not resolve the concern. Left a message at Humber View Group but no one had the coutesy to call back. Please get back to me immediately.

We bought 2 cars from Tom Beard in the past 4 years. Our experiences were met beyond expectation. Tom has been so kind and helpful throughout the process. He is very responsive. He was able to get our Trail Blazer faster than initially thought. He went above and beyond. Definitely the best customer service at Humberview. We will be referring out friends to call Tom with their next vehicle purchase. Thank you Tom :)
