Unfortunately this store doesn't work on Samsung cell phone. So i was pooh out of luck with this store as a Samsung phone is glued together stronger than a iPhone

Came here after losing my phone and wallet while on holidays. Had a photo of my ID, but the lady at the desk absolutely refused to help me whatsoever. Zero compassion.Went up the road to Andre's, where they told me that even if I had no ID at all, all they'd need to do was make a phone call to Telus and have me answer personal security questions, but since I had a photo of my ID, and some mail with info, they had absolutely zero problems getting me a new phone. I have friends in the Williams Lake area, and I'll be sure to never recommend this place ever. The lady working was clearly not in the mood to work today and lacked all human compassion. Sheer laziness. Someone else got my money today, and if I'm ever in a bind, I know where i WON'T be going.

Close to downtown walking distance and great customer service, I know this place by my nephew

I’ll say this. For the price of one programed hand held radio here, you can get 6 elsewhere.

What an awful experience. Rude, condescending, not helpful in the slightest. Will never take my business or recommend ANYONE take their business here.Story below:I walked in with my handheld radio, to see if they could test it. The intended purpose was to keep me safe while using FSR. The attendant at the counter took the radio, scoffed and in the most condescending voice this is amateur radio

Go in all the time for the parts and tech questions, more knowledgeable then some major parts companies tech support lines
