I have lived in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories since 2002. Over that time I have purchased 6 vehicles in Edmonton that Ken and his team at Powersource Performance have installed car starters in. I have always had prompt service with installation and great customer service and support post purchase.A recent example: my spouse's vehicle required a manual reconnect to the module that communicates with the app on her phone. Ken and one of his techs used FaceTime and walked me through taking apart my under dash and resetting unit, a process that took me over 40 minutes. On another occasion, Ken had his tech walk me through reconnecting a new remote to my other vehicle over the phone. They have stood behind the products they sell and as per those two examples have provided above and beyond customer service and support. Highly recommend!!

You don’t get any better than Ken! He saved my butt again. My remote start quit working and he fixed it up no problem in his own time, in freezing cold weather. It doesn’t get better a that. We will be life long customers!!

Best Services though the whole deal from arranging an appointment, to pick out the correct system for my needs, to the install, pick up and explain system install in my vehicle. This is my preferred business for all my command start needs.

Absolutely the BEST place to get any work done on your car or truck. From mild to extreme they do everything in between. I’ve had three different rides worked on at this shop and Ken always stands by his work and the products they sell. There is no one else I trust to work on my whips! Owner was there and diagnosed my remote starter issue. Basically solved the problem and unfortunately didn't have the type of machine to do to the repair itself; however he mentioned where it could be done at relatively inexpensive price. It was a brand that no longer exists. Great service.

Ken was amazing to deal with! He was able to install a car starter for me on the same day we spoke and had it in within a couple of hours. Great price and wonderful customer service. Would absolutely go back again. Highly recommend Powersource Performance.

Great experience getting my remote start and vehicle alarm installed here for my 2017 Chevy Silverado WT. Cheaper than other places. Had it done under 3 hours. Thanks to Ken, Jeremy and the rest of the crew.

I brought my vehicle in after having issues with the remote starter. Owner Ken is very personable and explained all work being done. Ken also ran my ghetto taped dash camera cord in the appropriate place to avoid a tripping hazard.I hung around the shop as I was curious of the cool antiques around and I love dogs the 2 pups were so friendly and well behaved.I should also mention to bring your wives or daughters as next door to Ken's is the Sweet Jolie Boutique. You can go in for a complimentary coffee and browse the ladies clothing and locally made various products in the Cafe. I had a remote system on my Ranger Pick up that quit working, and I had used Powersource for a number of other vehicle. I went to the Shop expecting to have to replace system. Ken quickly diagnosed it as transmitter not work and returned with a new transmitter which he programmed and I was on my way within 30 Minutes. Got home and could not get it to work from house so next time in town I dropped in and Ken again checked it out and it seemed that the antenna was not working correctly so he installed another Antenna. Works Great now and my bill was under $100.00 ..So you can save some money and get someone else to Install/Repair a system, Or go to powersource and get them to look after you. Service is number one , you will not find a shop that stands behind their work & product...
