Clean and well put together store, one of the best locations I've been to. Very helpful staff, and the recommendations that Ophelia(so sorry if the name is wrong/misspelled) gave to me we're a perfect fit! No pun intended. I truly recommend this location, because all together it was a lovely experience! ❤

Had a lovely experience shopping with Serena. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, I came in to get something small but I walked out with so much more. Even if they didn't know the answer they went out of their way to find the right answer for me.Thanks again!

I loved the atmosphere of this place, Serena I believe her name was, was super friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and like I could ask questions. Will be returning even if I only stopped by while passing through (the drive is worth it for amazing customer service)

Came in the other day with my friend and had a really good experience with the salesperson working at the time. I think their name was Ophelia. They were just very open and didn’t make any questions feel awkward or weird. They were also able to help me pick out a toy that was just right for me, showing me several options and explaining how they all worked before I made a final decision! Best customer service I’ve ever had!

Faith was the absolute best and so helpful! She was also just really friendly and a wonderful person to chat with while I was being indecisive, haha. I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific one because of the awesome help deciding! Thank you!

You have to buzz the camera door security to be let in... quite a large store with a huge downstairs video selection. There's just about everything that one could imagine, and then some... staff was a little short on patience and quite honestly not very approachable or informative. My wife and I have been to this location a few times before, and the staff have never made us feel this way... maybe having a bad day...? We love the huge selection of insence and always leave with a bag full. The store is kind of dimly lit, but depending on how you look at it, you could call that part of the allure! All in all, it is not an unpleasant experience, but staff on this day could use some retraining. I would rate 4 stars, but the staff... so I'll post a 3 star and update on the next visit.

I haven’t been to this location yet, so I decided to give it a go, and am I ever SO glad I did! Not only was the store very neat, and organized, but Serena was ABSOLUTELY amazing and beyond helpful! I know whenever I come to town, I’ll be headed here first! Absolutely AMAZING staff! Thanks again Serena, I truly appreciated all your hard work helping me out!

This store has really turned around, wow. The variety of toys, it's so clean and just looks really great. I was pretty shy to come in but Serena made me feel so welcome. They were super informative and really helped find the best product for me.
