Meeting Dr Kodi and his team here is one of the most splendid experiences of my family in London. The great passion for service and calm emotions for supporting patients are very commendable.

Dr Bell, as always, has been a great and caring individual.She has taken care my wife Sue and myself for the last 12 + years .She has been very patient and her Nurse always prepares you very efficiently.

Dr Horgan-Bell is so caring and thorough... she leaves nothing to chance!

I waited 9 months to see a dermatologist and when I call the day before, I was told by Dr. Denise Wexler's secretary (the rudest person on earth), that my appointment was a phone appointment! I asked if it was bc of Covid and she said no and that she did not know why nobody told me. So basically, I had to wait 9 months for a phone call. It's ridiculous. Also, my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. but now Dr Denise don't do phone calls in the morning, so I can't do this appointment because I am working in the afternoon. Seriously, I had nothing but bad experiences with family doctors and specialist here in Canada. They are always in a rush to see as many patients as possible to earn more money. If 1 phone call for a dermatologist that can't see my skin counts as an appointment, it is great business indeed!
