TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I use the ATM at this branch. It’s always clean and I always feel safe.

Very bad experiences. I do not recommend this branch

I went three times to this branch for different services. The first one to get a line of credit and was advised by the rep to go to another bank as they have better products for my profession. The second one is to do a wire transfer and this one went ok. The third one (2 appointments) to get a preapproved mortgage. The rep opened the calculator and entered the data and i am not eligible! Simply to end up the meeting. I started to propose solution to get the approval and after a long discussion i have been asked to send the statments that i paid all debts and i have the downpayment. I sent all the statment to the rep weeks ago with no reply. I decided not to run after them and i went to CIBC and i met the mortgage advisor many times and i handled my financial status and get the approval and i even found my future house. I decided to close my accounts with TD.

I was at this branch recently to get my credit card. Mr. Alex guided me really well and answered all my questions, he was really patient and helpful. I want to appreciate his help .

The employees are very friendly. But don't go there for credit! The branch manager (Caroline) and some of the financial advisors (Hind) have basic knowledge of credit and will not fight for your file!

Recently, we've been dealing with account manager Dimitra Papadogiannis from this branch, she is unprofessional, unreliable, doesn't follow up. We've been running after her for one simple request. Not satisfied at all, unimpressed.She started out being 30 minutes late to our first meeting, no apologies, rushed in smelling like cigarette smoke, very unpleasant. We are considering taking our business elsewhere. Avoid this branch and avoid this account manager.I'm waiting to speak and feedback to branch director Alain Dertadian.

Jan 2020 - I was referred by my RE/MAX Real Estate Broker, Mark Nudo. I got great service with friendly staff. I opened up a tax free account and they had a planner sit with me to talk about RSP. They also showed me the application for my phone!
