I have watched Empire vehicles for years breaking the law. Every time I see them, they're speeding, easily moving at 120+ km/hr in a 100 zone. Particularly vehicle numbers 627 and 724 (if I remember correctly, 627 is a pickup truck and 724 is a van). I had the pickup behind me one day, being driven by a white man with a beard/goatee, in his forties. He was tailgating me so closely, I couldn't see anything below his headlights in the mirror (easily less than three meters distance). You need to inform your employees that this is illegal and DANGEROUS behaviour. They're putting others at risk for no reason. They're representatives of your company, and this behaviour reflects poorly on you.

Empire is the builder for my home. They are unprofessional and I find them to be somewhat clueless in HOW to address owners needs or concerns. I reported an issue to Empire regarding my home. Empire sent FOUR PEOPLE TO COME LOOK AT THE GATE which needs to be repaired. One man came with tools, looked at the gate and left. I saved all the home security recordings of them simply looking at the gate, opening it, close it then leave! It has been over month. Now, Samantha Held has simply stopped replying to my message. Save your money and use another builder. This is just ONE issue that I've mentioned.After this post, I sent another email. Someone came to my home and introduced himself as customer service manager. He fixed the issuee in FIVE minutes. I should've asked for his name. I'm so frustrated that I forgot to ask. I guess tonget things done I need to go directly to the managers.

Gave us incomplete house. Third class. Builder If u buy house waste of money

Basically they provide walls. Their flooring is having only one option, very old so indirectly makes you pay for upgrade. All other items basic are garbage and even in upgrade very limited options. For most upgrade they charge ulmost double money than market. In decor studio they push you to hurry as well as half the samples were not available. Lady didn't explained anything regarding window.

Affordable project pricing. Good designs and layouts. Responsive sales team. Overall great experience as a buyer.

We are closing a townhouse we bought last year in two weeks. My sister, myself, brother and his wife.. We need to remove my sister from the agreement for some reason.. The builder wants to charge us 10,000dollars plus 350 process fees to do this? The 10,000 dollars they said was the assignment clause on the agreement. We are removing my sister, and not adding anyone new and not assigning and reselling the property.. So we dont understand how they want to charge the 10,000dollars which is an assignment fee? This is unfair to say the least. How can we address this legally?

No respect for their job or for the people they work for.

Poor build quality and materials used seem to be inferior to other builders in the area. I contacted Empire to have someone take a look at one particularly terrible area and was told to contact the contractor directly. The contractors are hired by Empire not by myself, and they are based in the GTA. They will not come to look at my house alone. I’ve talked to a few neighbours and they have the same issues as I do.I own a home that is only two years old and the floors on both floors are squeaking as if it is a 50+ year old home.

I have a bad experience , don’t buy from this developer, keeps delaying your house for almost a year , keep using excuse about materials shortage. Don’t communicate wit you well. Very bad company.

Not sure why they hire handicapped people. Van 747 has no clue how to drive and I think forgets that its a build site but also a residential area.
