Butler Mortgage has been doing business with Schinkel Real Estate & Appraisals Inc. for several years now and they are our appraiser of choice in the Hamilton area. The office manager, Lynn is always great to talk to and is also good at providing us with updates. Bob and Glenn are both very efficient and accommodating appraisers. We have never had any issues with reports or the turnaround time. We look forward to continuing a good business relationship with Schinkel Real Estate & Appraisals, and would recommend them to anyone needing an appraiser in Hamilton and its surrounding areas.

I cant give this company enough stars! 5 is so not enough! They are so easy to work with and are professional, timely, courteous!! They get the job done with the most amazing friendly staff!! Lynn is prompt and gives you a call or email right back and is so helpful and friendly! It feels like a sense of home when dealing with Schinkel Real Estate Appraisals....couldnt be more pleased!!

The staff at Schinkel Real Estate Appraisals have always been courteous and time conscious of any requests that I have ever given them. When issues arise out of the ordinary (not by any fault to the appraiser) Bob is always available to discuss the report in further review to myself and to the realtor or lender if necessary. This was very bad experience with these unprofessional people in Schinkel Appraisals. I believe they do not know the business and just not familiar with the market...their behaviour also is not acceptable. In my case I have full appraisals for same property one year ago. These guys in this market (end of 2020) appraise same property value and rent even considerably cheaper that last year (before pandemic)!!!! I think NAS should remove their name fore sure because Banks are going to loose good clients based on their numbers. It is funny that I have registered lease for Sep 2020 and their price is almost 400/month is lower than what I rented already!

Bob and Lynn were absolutely fantastic to deal with!Lynn was my first point of contact for questions and booking. She was quick with responses and very friendly. She was more than willing to work around my schedule.Bob came to the house to complete a current market appraisal report and he was very kind, well dressed, polite and professional. He showed up on time and was very detailed and honest when completing the report. The report was back to me the next day and i was pleased!I had a great experience start to finish with this company and we will be recommending them in the future!

As a mortgage broker I order appraisals frequently for Hamilton and surrounding area. When I need an appraisal done quickly and efficiently and with complete honesty, I contact Schinkel Real Estate Appraisals. I find the office administrator Lynn to be friendly and efficient and my appraisals are always completed on a timely basis. Bob and Glenn are both professionals that really know the industry. There have been times where the client might be disappointed with the valuation, thinking it too low, because after all, their house is the biggest and best" in the neighbourhood. When I have had a conversation with either Bob or Glenn with regard to the value they have been able to point out specifics that affect the valuation. I respect all of the Schinkel Team
