Recently purchased a dishwasher here and was extremely happy with the service. The purchase process was made simple with the amazing customer service from the sales team. Additionally, the delivery team was very careful and cautious as they delivered and installed the dishwasher.

I had recently purchased a stove and I must say, the customer service was impeccable. Selecting the perfect appliance was an easy process with the help of knowledgable and eager sales reps who answered all of my questions. Not to mention their unbeatable prices and seamless delivery! Highly recommend for those looking to shop for state of the art electronics and appliances!

Fraud shop in short, I bought a pair of Samsung washer dryer on March 6th 2022 and it stopped working in May 2022. Smart home devices doesn’t provide customer service and simply say your warranty was only for 3 months which has been expired. Such a shocking experience in Canada for the first time. Better to choose MTC Whitby or other reliable shop for such big investments. Don’t ever go to this shop such a pathetic experience of buying fake product

I ordered a tv from this company through Amazon In November, when it arrived the picture quality was terrible, very poor quality, I tried returning the tv, was sent a label, and had to pay additional shipping to send back the broken tv. It has now been two months since returning the tv, and it was sent back as undeliverable, so now I’m out the cost of the tv, the additional shipping back to this terrible company, and no further ahead, this tb was processed for a person who isn’t able to have much, except for a tv; and they have been without for months. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. They make excuses instead of delivering answers. The owner told me they had to let go the Amazon person back in November for not doing the job properly, and yet here I am in January and they still don’t take care of the Amazon customers properly. Terrible business and worse customer service

I would like to give 0 star but there is no option for that, really bad customer service, I bought refrigerator from them on January 5th, got delivered on January 8th, after we turned on it was not working, we tried to contact them but so bad customer service, after that he replaced refrigerator, but the second piece we got it, on that fridge icemaker is not working, freezer not working, we are trying to contact them he is keep saying his technician will call us, no one contact us yet, since a week, he is not replying even my messages, I don't know what to do. It looks like we got scammed, so be aware of this fraud shop. Don't trust on him what he promised, he gave you 2 year warranty but he won't reply even after 2 days of your delivery.SCAMMERs!!!

The people who work here are super helpful and very aware of all their product. We were looking for new laundry set and they helped us make a decision for the best one for our needs. They were very professional and accommodating to all our needs. They took time to answer all our questions and concerns. Definitely would go to them again!

I had a very bad experience at this store. The people there are dishonest and liars. They sell appliances pretending they're new, open box but they're actually used and not working well. When we went back to say that the fridge was freezing all food, they denied it and made us feel that we are the ones to blame. One guy there was impolite and yelling at me, and refusing to do anything to fix the problem. Stay away from this bad company, very bad service and bad appliances
