Terrible work being done would not trust this “mechanic”

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible service and honesty I experienced at K Town Customs. Very friendly service and knowledgeable people

Asked him to replace my flex pipe in my downpipe and replace my muffler with a straight pipe. He ended up having to build a whole new exhaust. Ordinarily, that would not have been a problem, but he chose to skip putting a flex pipe in (which he did not tell me about), and welded the exhaust directly to the floor of the car with no rubber hangers. Unsurprisingly, the exhaust broke within a few days and the entire weight of the exhaust was hanging off the turbo. He took the car back and added a flex pipe (in the wrong location). The mounts broke again. He attempted to fix this for the third time, it broke again.After getting this exhaust built, I have had to have another one built by a different shop. The fabrication skills at this shop are alarming and the fact that cars are driving around our roads with his welds and engineering holding them together scares me. Overall, he’s a super nice guy, but please be aware of the quality of work being produced here.

Hands down the most friendly and generous mechanics I have ever had! This family-run business has gone above and beyond for me several times. Throroughly recommended.

Drove up from Seattle & had some troubles with my older Range Rover. A great mechanic friend in Kelowna recommended this shop to me as his was full. Not only did they get me in their shop immediately to help, they are the nicest people too. Father & son run the shop, very genuine people. I'm actually going to be returning to this shop in a couple weeks to have more work done on my truck. Thier pricing is very reasonable & frankly wouldve cost quadruple in Seattle. Traveling alone as a woman, breaking down & having good people that actually care & help you out is priceless these days. Thanks guys!

Looking for Well Seasoned Mechanics that aren't out to Upsell you on everything that could be potentially be wrong with your vehicle . They helped me out quickly with my new tires for my work vehicle and service was quick and a comfortable atmosphere , KTOWN is definitely my go to now.
