This shop should be renamed to, Rude & limited knowledge staff with a few over priced games. This place doesn't offer a hole lot of games, And what they do have is $20-$30 over the RMSP of the manufacturer website, some of the boxes were damaged ( I'm sure in shipping ) but the price was still high. The staff treat you like cattle and usher you out as fast as they can. ( we get it Rona" ) but it's no reason to be snippy to customers. I'm an avid board gamer involved with a large community that picks up new games every quarter

Never have I seen so many different types of puzzles in such a small space! I loved the variety of dice as well - probably 20 different types to choose from, all for 50 cents/ea. Yes the prices are higher than other places you might find board games - however the experience is worth it. Check out the 50,000+ puzzle piece artwork on the walls while you're there!

I’ve been a resident of Lethbridge for over 15 years and I do try to go to this store when I’m in a rush but every time the service absolutely terrible. Games Galore has everything priced $5-$20 higher than other large stores like Chapters, Walmart, and Amazon. The games store in Calgary is also cheaper, so go elsewhere when possible.I won’t give any names but the manager is rude and snarky, any question seems like it’s a massive inconvenience for him. He has been there for 10+ years and he either has a very limited knowledge of board games, or like I said, he can’t be bothered to help.

This store is WAY overpriced! For designer board games/card games, check out Showcase Comics - they have a comparable selection, lower prices, and, if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll order it in for you.

Honestly I'd avoid this place the two older guys that work there can't be bothered to help customers it always seems like a massive inconvenience for them to answer any questions. I i went in looking for a specific game, went up to ask them and it was like I interrupted life saving surgery the way they glared at me. I proceeded to ask if they had the game which they replied no" full stop

This is one of the best game stores to stop by if your wanting to find expansion packs for your current games to just add a whole new game to the collection. There is a little bit of everything from puzzles, to diamond paintings, escape games, traditional games, darts, Frisbee and many others. Theres lots in this store which can be overwhelming.Service: I have received help and been asked if i needed help in a timely manner. Only during one visit did the sales associate seem to have a tad bit to much sarcasm but overall I shrugged it off and went home with my beautiful diamond painting kit.

Pretty sad customer service. No helpful hand asking what you need, and not a word said when at the till except the price I needed to pay. Very large selection of puzzles and games and I'm sure it depends on the store clerk, regardless fairly dissatisfied.
