Very, very delicious food - so well prepared. First time ordering from this restaurant through Skip and I will definitely be ordering again !!!! The BBQ skewer with rice is something I could eat EVERY DAY !! Ordered the veg and the meat lumpia - also excellent !! Substituted the sauce for the lumpia with Sweet & Sour sauce and it too was amazing, you can tell it’s freshly made, such a subtle yummy flavour. It truly was so enjoyable to have food delivered that was so unique and delicious. Very well done - such a good restaurant. You can tell they really care about the food they send out !!

Went to Juvian’s this morning to find something for breakfast while waiting for my vehicle to have the remote starter installed. Juvian’s is a Filipino restaurant located right across Manitoba Hydro so it’s really easy to find. Since I came right when they just opened their doors, I was the only customer dining in so the atmosphere is nice and quiet. I ordered Lumpiang Sariwa (not exactly a breakfast item but it’s one of my favourite Filipino dishes) served on a warm plate with water on the side. Food presentation was classic. The vegetables are not soggy and was cooked perfectly. Just the perfect amount of serving for one person (since I’m the only one dining) There were door dashers coming in picking up orders as well which is nice to see. The staff were kind and friendly. I took my time eating my food because of my braces, so I stayed here for about 45 mins to an hour or so. I can’t really speak more of how peaceful and nice my dining experience here is. Free parking is available and there are washrooms for customers to use. I can’t wait try more on their menu when I come back. I absolutely recommend for people to try their food!

Service is slow with online orders. Waited over 10 minutes for them to accept my order. I had to cancel since they took forever. I'd get something else if your wanting to order online instead of waiting. Otherwise, their food is amazing! That's why I was trying to order it. But overall give them a 2/5 since service was unpleasant!!

Wow, ordered from Skip today, probably the best fried chicken I've had, and I've lived in Winnipeg for over 20 years. The sausage and egg was the bomb. Keep up the great work!

I always order from here on skip and ask for an extra vinegar when I get vmix. And they rarely give it. It's is so disappointing to support a restaurant and them not caring about you enjoying your meal. Very disappointed. Am extra vinegar or two costs what 50 cents like jeez C'mon guys do better.

I headed over to Juvian's Restaurant for a bite yesterday. I have driven by there so many times but never stopped by. I found myself with a free afternoon and wanted to try a Filipino breakfast. I wasn't even sure if they were open since I didn't see a customer, and I was the only one for the first half hour. I got it with Tocino and from the first bite it was so good! I actually felt my mood go from blah to happy. The breakfast was a generous portion and filled me up. Filipinos came in to eat and I got a look at some of the other options, so now I have several that I want to go back to try. The porkchop on one of the breakfast plates was huge! The Lomi Soup Overload looks amazing, but huge. Prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to my next visit.

FIX YOUR HOURS. Came here at 7pm and people were inside and proceeded to look at me and not open the door. Been a customer here in the past and enjoyed their food. Won't be coming back. Next time, open the door and at least let customers know why you're not open.

I think Juvians is on par with Myrna’s (the most popular place in the city for Filipino breakfast) for best Filipino breakfast. My family has been going here since I was a kid and they were located at the Balmoral hotel. Portion sizes are generous— they give sooo much meat and rice! I am always satisfied with my order here.I think their tocino isn’t as good as Myrna’s but I do like their beef tapa. Tocino isn’t as caramelised or sweet here. Beef tapa is sweet tasting too, like beef jerky. Some places make it too garlicky or sour. This is just right. I find their garlic rice more garlic tasting than Myrna’s as well.We almost always get our food to go and the portion size for Filipino breakfast is generous. I cannot say if it is as generous in person dining, as we don’t find it convenient to eat-in at their current location. Aside from Filipino breakfast they have good lomi overload and kare kare!Lastly, if you ever order Doordash or other food delivery, their price is higher by a few dollars. It is cheaper to buy takeout directly by calling and picking up.
