We decided to look into upgrading our tractors for something that would better suit our current needs. Our neighbour recommended we call Agritibi RH. He has purchased a tractor and implements from them years ago and most recently a zero turn last year. He praised their customer service and expertise. So we decided to see what was available and if we could trade in our tractors.The whole process was so smooth and EVERY EMPLOYEE we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. When one person wasn't available to talk to or respond, another was there to assist. I was surprised that they treated each other like family and wanted what was best for the customer. This is not a typical dealership. I was wondering if this could be too good to be true. However, my entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic. They helped ensure I chose the right size tractor for our needs. They even came to our home to ensure that the zero turn mower was the right fit to replace our previous mower setup on the tractor we were trading in. During the delivery and pickup of our old tractors, I met the owner. I now know why Agritibi RH is so awesome. It all starts at the top. His humble and professional attitude flows down to his teams. You can see that he loves what he does and he truly cares for the needs of his customers. Sadly, not every owner or business is like Agritibi RH.If you are looking to buy a tractor, buy a zero turn, trade in your existing tractor or have service done, call Agritibi RH. You won’t regret it.

We're starting a new farm in VDM and was in need of a compact tractor. Working with Karinanne and Dan was a great experience. After shopping around as a concious buyer I found their pricing to be competitive with supply availability above the others. Sure you could drive 2 hrs out of town and maybe say a couple hundred $'s....but add your vehicle expenses and you've saved nothing.Great service, competitive pricing, friendly staff.And remember people...COVID has made major delay's in supply chains so having what you need in stock is a HUGE bonus.Thanks folks @ Agritibi RH Gatineau

I waited a bit prior to do my review to be able to rate the service and sell . not only that Karianne was super nice to deal with and she was very quick at answring all my email and questions but she did not tried to sell me things that I didn't ask for . She did not know but that is my third tractor in 20 years I knew want I wanted as I was downsizing and she did not questionned me on these . the only recommendation that she did was the turf tire since I will be mowing grass a lot with it wich was a great recommendation. I also dealt with Camille at the part departement and she does answer my question and provide the pricing and availability , Camille is straight to the point and I appreciate that. all in all I am glad that I purchased my little GC1723e At this dealer and will continue to deal with them to ensure that this dealer stay around for long.

Called for parts the girl at the counter is abrupt and arrogant, there parts are 15% more expensive then any where else in Outaouais plus the Qebec tax makes it close to 20% more from Ottawa, very unprofessional do not recommend that place at all...

So I’m a new farmer and I have to say that the folks at Agritibi RH Inc were super helpful.Daniel came out to the property to have a look around and gave me some much needed advice on what I would need.Then Ghislan walk me through all the options they had making that experience easy and fun.And Simon! the guy can fix anything! I have this old John Deere tractor that came with the farm and he had it up in running in no time.Super happy with my experience and looking forward to purchasing my next piece of equipment from them.
