Francelli's Coffee House
I have had coffee here before, never a problem.Today I was walking my friends dog past this coffee shop. The dog went to the bathroom right outside. Unfortunately it wasn't the type of mess a doggy bag can clean up. I figured asking for hot water to clean it up wouldn't be a big deal, I had to explain why I needed the water MULTIPLE times and they charged me 35 cents for the cup.All I wanted was to clean up a mess the dog I was walking made.

Francelli's Coffee House
I discovered this charming coffee house while in the same strip mall visiting my doctor. The place has several nice tables with chairs to sit at and a washroom for customers to use. The place is clean and pleasant to sit in. They have tea and coffee but also excellent chai tea lattes and other drinks. They had a large selection of various baked goods including cinnamon buns, cookies, carrot cake, muffins, date squares, and many other items. I found this place to be a charming and relaxing place to recharge in the mid-afternoon. My family had no problem navigating this place with a stroller. The staff were lovely and warm. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sadly, absolutely nothing vegan for food and there is a surcharge for plant based milks. Francelli’s please do better for the planet and make the surcharge for cows milk only. Also transition to plant based foods and goodies. Thanks.

Excellent coffee and a delicious BLT recently. Great service and cool old car pictures. Back again today with a friend and we both were impressed their coffee. A Latte and a another sandwich next time, probably soon.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee while on vacation, after being disappointed by the Tim Hortons right next to Francelli's. They were friendly and quick. The coffee was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend going here

Love this place. The atmosphere is a bit busy, but somehow it always seems to be private. The owners are always so sweet and kind, and the staff they have are very helpful. They have some nice local goodies, and the tea is great. In the summer, the outdoor seating is a nice treat to sit with friends.
