Our funeral director was a very compassionate fellow who helped us through a difficult time. There is still a service to arrange (after Covid) and he has assured me that those arrangements will take place in a month or two.

I cannot adequately express how much I appreciate the people at First Memorial Funeral Services in Fort Saskatchewan. When my husband passed away suddenly, it was the darkest moment of my life but Neil, the Funeral Director at First Memorial, was right there guiding myself and my family through this difficult process. My husband was far from ordinary so we wanted to give him an extraordinary send off. Neil and his staff made this a reality and they did it with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you for understanding and accommodating our wishes and giving my hubby the perfect farewell.

Very compassionate professional service from the Riverview funeral home in Fort Saskatchewan. Neal walked us through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. He also met me at the crematorium in North Edmonton and went through that process with me. We had used Riverview in Fort Saskatchewan 27 years ago and we were very happy with the service at that time also. Thank you to Neil Cambell from the Oberlin family

We couldn't have found a better place to represent our mom who had passed. We wanted to celebrate her life in a way that felt like 'home' and Neil and his team made sure that's exactly how we felt. The catering was amazing. Neil's presentation of our mom's memorabilia was perfect. We were so impressed with how everything came together and we know that's due to Neil's skill and ability in handling such delicate matters with such finesse.

Neil and Sandra organized everything. Neil organized with other people to make sure the guard of honour was able to be there and the bagpipes. He connected with several people to make sure my husband was celebrated the way he deserved. Sandra connected with everyone who was going to make a tribute so there was no work on my part.

I was so thankful for the amazing staff that were so kind and compassionate during the hardest time of our lives. Neil was very professional and sooooooo helpful. He guided us through what needed to be done to have a beautiful service. He answered all my questions over the phone or through email in a very timely manner. He made sure we had the information to plan service and do it right. I was very impressed with how we were treated and how the memorial went.
