It was my first time coming here and the staff was super nice. They were very accommodating with my cast and did the exact design I asked for. I had a great experience overall.

They are absolutely amazing at nails, they did a playboy marble set and did all but one of the designs by hand! Please go to their Instagram and see their work! They are amazing and the service is great, they even stayed open later for my friend because they were getting very detailed piece done. Really worth your time and money! Also relatively cheap for the service you get!

WARNING: Price on website not what they really charge!!!1Not a good experience for me. I am from out of town and broke one of my nails before traveling to Ottawa, didn't have time to fix it before my trip. I googled this place and reviews were good, so I booked an appointment for bio gel refill (i needed it anyway)Website lists price for Bio Gel Refill" at $60. My regular salon does it for $50 so I was already prepared to pay more than usual for the same service. I've never needed more than 1 hour to do a refill. I was there for almost 2 hours!! At one point the person who was doing my nails left and another woman came along and did a really rushed job

Got a gel refill with Mimi and she did a stellar job! She took her time to ensure the shape and length were good, and continuously checked in to ensure I was happy with the nails. Had a broken nail when I came in and she fixed that for me too. Thanks again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! THEY RUINED MY NAILS AND NOW MY REAL NAILS ARE HALF OFF AND BLEEDING!!!!!!!!!!! I went there to get my nails done for a manicure with shellac and dipping powder, a day later it cracks and breaks. I go back again for them to fix it and then a day later it cracks again and this time rips off half of my nails! I have never had this experience before at a nails spa and the service there was awful. They where looking at the TV instead of at my nails most of the session and made me wait at the entrance for about 30 minutes. I am very disappointed with this place and I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY WANT THEIR NAILS TO BE RIPPED OFF!
