Time to Edit my review after several More visits. The original comments still stand : Excellent quality. Everything was prepared with care and precision.I want to add that the atmosphere is so quiet and relaxed. Just a great spot to sit and enjoy some good quality food. Great options for Sushi in the Bedford /Hammonds Plains area.I have spent more time chatting with the owners and they are really great people who make this place work. They are part of the intangibles that make the us place work.

Highly recommend this place its located in quiet placed of bedford Everytime I bought my food here for dinner and lunch.I never dissappointed QUALITY SUSHI nice ambience and friendly owner.

It’s a “blink and miss it” hole in the wall kind of place, but don’t let it fool you….the food there was amazing.I was only having vegetarian dishes which they were very accommodating with.I highly recommend the deep fried spicy appetizer tofu btw, it blew my mind.We also ordered shiitake mushroom rolls which along with avocado makes an excellent vegan sushi.The service was super friendly, family like...and I’ll be back soon.

If you’re looking for a small, cozy restaurant which makes you feel like you are in a little town of Japan, I highly recommend this restaurant.Cozy, family like atmosphere comes from the owner of the restaurant, which is a kind and friendly family.I tried Nagasaki champong, tofu, and takoyaki. All of them were very good, made with fresh ingredients. They make each dish like how they would serve it to their own family.I tasted some of the rolls that my friends got, and they were fresh and delicate as well.This would be the kind of place where are you could just go by yourself and enjoy a home like meal, or go with your friends and have a good time.

Wanted to try this place out after hearing good things from a FB page.It was so good, the double mon roll was my favorite but it was all good, and great prices.The staff were so nice. We will definitely be back.

One of my favourite sushi spots! Their rolls are always so amazing and pretty, and their noodles are also one of my go to! Both the Nagasaki Champon and tan tan are amazing.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place purely based on a recommendation by friends who raved about their rolls. I had some salmon rolls, spicy tuna rolls and unagi rolls. I was very impressed with the subtle layered flavour of the rolls. The sauce in the rolls was just right and the salmon and tuna they used were very tasty and fresh! I also enjoyed the Nagasaki Champon ramen (I asked them to make it Korean-style spicy). Will definitely visit again.
