Water Babies Toronto

A great pool with good parking on site and space for people to view the lessons. There is lots of room for the lesson and plenty of space in the changing rooms. The program is structured around a babies development and the teacher explains why the skills are being done and shows how they are done. I joined the program so my children would be confident and safe in the water. The lessons gave them these skills and they are both great swimmers now, happy above and below the water. I would absolutely recommend Water Babies.

I highly recommend Water Babies. The staff always have great communication and the instructors are very warm and make your baby’s experience fun. My baby was mesmerized by the instructor every time he’d talk. She loved seeing other babies and I had great bonding time with her. You will learn valuable skills like how to safely enter/exit the pool with your baby. Your baby will amazingly learn swimming underwater which can be scary at first but the staff are very reassuring and a great experience. I feel more comfortable knowing my baby is comfortable with water.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with water babies at the west Scarborough location and horrible customer service from their main office.I knew I would miss my first class due to travel and rescheduled it for a different day and location in the same week. They canceled my rescheduled class the day before and pretended like it was always tentative (it wasn't.....I rescheduled via email and it was confirmed from the beginning....they never mentioned it was tentative). The second class was canceled with 35 minute warning because they were having issues with the pool temperature but it was too late and we still showed up. Even though they were aware of temperature issues, the fourth class was canceled as we were standing on the pool deck - they didn't bother checking the temperature in advance. The reschedule option was to add a class or to go to a different location way farther: I don't want to add a class to the end of my session as I'll be going back to work.....and given that they canceled my first rescheduled class I don't even want to deal with all that. But I don't even know if there's a point in doing the session if I miss three out of ten classes (even if they don't cancel any more classes!) Because I don't know if she will learn the skills necessary to move on to next level (with another school because I'll never deal with water babies ever again). However they absolutely refused to refund the full session because they don't give refunds after classes started"After the fourth class was cancelled they did not contact us for a whole week to apologize

Terrible office service these people keep charging you even when you cáncel. I see they changed the method of payment now due to all the errors the office staff made . Be carful i would recomend to stay away

I'm very disappointed with water babies I attended with my son , my sister and my nephew for spring , summer and fall season. due to financial matters we stopped in the winter time.we made it clear that we would not return in the winter and would be back in the spring .They canceled mine but not her's they just kept charging her . When talking to the office staff they didn't care to refund the money , give half back or a credit back! Terrible customer service.We never attended to any classes during that period they still go ahead and charge you because they couldn't find the notes from the cancelation made .

If you aren't sure if your baby is ready to swim yet, don't risk wasting your money. I wish I could rate Water Babies higher, but it's only a great experience if your baby actually enjoys the class.I tried very hard to get my 3 month old son comfortable in the pool over the first few classes, and when he wasn't adjusting well, we requested to transfer our remaining classes to a later session when he would be older. Water Babies refused to accommodate us. If you charge a premium price you should be offering premium customer service - unfortunately this was not the case. If Water Babies is going to admit very young babies into their classes, they should offer more flexibility to ensure a positive experience.Lastly, the experience at West Scarborough Aquatics was also disappointing. The fire alarm went off accidentally and was so loud the mothers were scrambling to protect their babies from hearing loss. The water temperature was not consistent (bath-like on the first day but then felt cooler when the weather was cold) but staff were adamant that this was not the case. We did not feel welcome there.
