My son and I have been going to this clinic for 33+ years and have never had a complaint. Now my doctor retired and things turned for the worse. We got Dr. Ginger Ruddy. One of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. She is rude and uncaring. First time I talked her on the phone she yelled at me for yelling at the girls at the front. I never did such thing and I wouldn't. She doesn't like to give you a requisition for blood work because she told me it cost to much. If you come in for prescription renewals she will only renew the ones she prescibed and not any other doctor. My son has special needs and requires blood work. She said go to a medi clinic or other doctor for that. She shouldn't even be a doctor. Beware.

Always busy, but a great teaching hospital. I followed my doctor here when she moved and unfortunately, our last appt we had we didn't even see her because she was so busy. Friendly and personable staff. Downside is the long waits, and not a guarantee that you will see your doctor :(

I am having back pain causing my legs to cramp up severely. I can’t get into see my family doctor for two or three weeks. It’s painful to sleep or work and do every day things. I need medical notes when I can’t work. I have had blood work recently doctor tell me is normal I’m healthy look like a million bucks on paper. I had to go to another non emergency medical clinic to see a doctor because of my pain he referred to old X-rays from January 2021 that show I have arthritis the doctor says that vertebrae is pressing on my nerves causing pain and the muscle spasms in my legs gave me a medication for arthritis without a proper physical or doing a cat scan or mri. The doctors won’t thoroughly examine me or send me to a specialist for arthritis or make sure that is what the problem is. Its causing me to miss work. I tried to call the doctor to rewrite a doctor note I needed for work and get some medication for my pain talked to receptionist and never heard back from the doctor this past Friday September 17,2021 I went for a massage and I scheduled another massage and chiropractor appointment for the following week. I am tired of this constant recurring problem affecting my life and my ability to work. Would the doctor like to fill out medical papers for me to be on disability? I am frustrated. Doctor is trying to treat me like I have mental health issues.

Dr. Holinaty reduced my fibromyalgia meds prescribed by my psychiatrist as a trial (she wanted me on as little medication as possible) and then threatened to terminate our relationship when I tried to have her reverse the change in dose.

I also followed my Doctor to Westwinds, & while I was initially irritated when I couldn't always see her, the Resident Doctors were very thorough & caring, & when given a chance, (ppl are often adverse to change) will surprise you with their insight. I love my Doctor, she is the best Doctor I have had, so even if the most negative review were completely true, (most negatives have an element of truth, but because the person complaining is mad, they tend to exaggerate & pad it to make it seem worse. ) I would still continue @ Westwinds to be a patient of Dr. Guselle's without question.

I was going to the pregnancy clinic. I was assured that my appointments wouldn't take long but they did. The last time I went, I had to wait a half hour to even see anyone and I couldn't wait to see the rest as I had to get back to work. I asked them to call me to set up my next appointment but no one did. And then the week after, they left a voicemail asking to change the time, even though I had no idea I even had an appointment.

I had the best Dr at this clinic. SINCE dr Ds retirement...in plain english...lacks. my Dr L is never around. I just had my tubes and ovaries and a growth out. The specialist says contact your family Dr. Well. Ive tried. I called this a.m. to constant busy. At 2 i got thru and told the girl I JUST HAD SD OPERATION.I NEED TO SPEAK TO MY DR.... . May 29th earliest. Today is the 15th! I explained again...I JUST HAD SURGERY I NEED TO SPEAK TO A DR .ON CALL..TODAY PlEASE.all drs 9n call are booked. (HOW DOES THIS MAKE THEM ON CALL? MORE DRS MAYBE?) She gets back with The 24th. Her next response was call back byb830 am tmro to get an appointment with on call dr. WTH? Where is My Dr Danilkewiches team where HEALTHCARE came 1St! Not scheduling? Why is there NO DR TO JUST ANSWER THE CALLS AS THEY COME? DIRECT LINE TO DR ON CALL BYPASS RECEPTION? why is there such laxy dazy actions being taken. This was a family medicine clinic. Study the family. So they move my daughter and family to other team. Hows that family study practice coming along? Some patients have been coming for a long time..and family before them. I am going to call tmro. And I will discuss my concerns about the state of the health care at this clinic. It used to be good...what happened?"

I had to go through home care for some left wounds. They turned out to be leg ulcers. Every time i take insulin or Meds I get them. No doctors listen to me and push me on them cause I'm a diabetic but it's easier to try to control my diabetes then these wounds.Anyways, they never listened. Never had answers. Someone different almost every time. I got sent there from a medical clinic so I wasn't getting answers about anything. A couple nurses who didn't even clean my wounds. Just unwrapped and wrapped and send me home. I was in compression wraps for a month longer because nobody made notes after I was heated! No communication at all between any of them.I got the calls to see how things were and then when I had new wounds I was told I'd have to get my doctor to refer me to go back and get treated. Thankfully a woman told us about Australian sheepskin. Never going to home care ever again for anything. Especially when they cancel or change appointments without warning.They all need to start listening to patients!!

My doctor transferred here from another clinic. I was seen by another doctor who was very pleasant and I liked dealing with her and she was very helpful. I'm trying to call back again and book a checkup but unfortunately there's no answering machine as this would be very convenient for me but I understand they would likely have a lot of messages if they had a machine, hoping I can get ahold of someone tomorrow.
