Murray's Peak Hiking Trail
Wow! What a great hike and a wonderful view. It’s around 800m to the summit. It’s mostly rocky. A bit flat then gets slightly steep in the first 200m. Then it’s quite steep for 400m. Then it’s ok again till the summit. It’s not an easy hike; more of an intermediate. Don’t attempt after rain as it’ll be quite slippery and muddy. We did it with two kids (1yo + 4yo). Carried the 1yo though.

Great short hike. Quite difficult in the winter. Icy. Wearing ice cleats highly recommended.

What a view! OMGI have passed by this hundreds, no thousands of times. Took my wife for a littlehike today. We did both Murray's Peak, and George's Cove mountain trail. It was an awesome way to build up hunger before lunch at the Station Diner. Fantastic all 3.You should do this!!!

The hike up is considered “moderate” because it’s almost entirely uphill. The view from the top is worth the hike though.
