I had the best experience today having to look for glasses. Workers Teresa and Khanh where excellent with me today in being patient, educating me, listening and all round amazing people who truly enjoy what they are doing. I have travelled the globe and the experience I experienced today was up there with the finest customer service you will ever get. If your looking for glasses look no further than this location which is a class establishment with fantastic people. Thank you Teresa and Khanh I can’t wait to pick up my glasses in a few weeks.

Khanh was super helpful with great customer service. I highly recommend going here and talking to Khanh if you ever need contacts at a good price. She really goes over and above to help the customer.

Khanh went above and beyond to find the frames I desperately wanted to buy again. The original frame I bought 5 years ago were out of stock in the store. The frame is perfect for my face and very comfortable to wear. I absolutely love this frame. I received so many compliments for it that I wanted to buy the same frame again for a new prescription. I was praying for a miracle that Hakim would still carry it. The model number on the old frame had faded, but Khanh knew exactly how/where to search among the myriad of models that Hakim carries. She located 2 pairs from store(s) across Alberta/Canada. Of course, I said yes to both!! She said that there was a chance they may not even be in stock when the inventory system only shows quantity of 1 or 2. She wanted to temper my expectation. And if they are still available, it would take about 2 weeks for the frames to be shipped to the store. To my very happy surprise, Khanh phoned me less than a week later to let me know the frames have been received! Khanh is super friendly and cheery. I am super grateful for Khanh for the excellent customer service!

Rachel is the GOAT. She helped my mom, sister and I all get glasses one busy weekend and was SO professional, SO kind, SO funny and also we had to come back a few more times by choice to edit part of our glasses and she was ridiculously efficient and helpful. Every time I have to go in, the ENTIRE crew is so welcoming. I remember that first day we all got our classes, I asked for pink frames that were round. Without even being asked another lady with black hair literally went around the whole shop and picked like 15 pairs off the shelf for me with that description. I was blown away!!! I immediately picked two pairs from the bunch she brought. They're so nice to work with, so fun, and Hakim's selection there is HUGE. Guaranteed to find something you love. I'm a lifer lol. The staff at Hakim optical Marlborough mall are amazing!They are super friendly, patient and go above and beyond helping you find the right frames.When I say they are patient I mean I went into that store about 3 to 4 times to try on the same frames until I felt confident enough and then I made an appointment and purchased 2 incredible pairs of glasses that suit me and my personality.The staff is friendly and super knowledgeableI highly recommend Hakim opticalMarlborough mall.

Professional service , all the staff are very kind and knowledgeable , I saw Dr. Meraj for my annual eye exam recently he was very nice and professional as well, I would strongly recommend him to all my family and friends.
