I gave one star just because there is no option for zero stars. I made an appointment for my wife a week ago for hair coloring with Ben. The salon texted me and then called me to confirm my appointment two days before. I have confirmed, and we both went to the salon. However, they said they have no time for coloring hair but only for a haircut which we didn't want. They didn't want to take us even we made an appointment. The funniest thing they asked us, do we want to make another appointment. I just don't understand how this salon is in the business.

I have been going to see the same hairdressers for years and I felt I needed a bit of a change. I decided to come into Chatters to give them a shot and get my hair coloured, unfortunately there was a bit of confusion (my fault) on booking the right time needed but a new appointment was scheduled and I am looking forward to it!In the meantime I ended up getting a hair cut with a stylist called Megan, she was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable despite me having nerves about chopping off some of my hair. The cut turned out fantastic and I could not be more pleased with it!Megan also answered all my questions in regards to how to flat iron and took the time to show me products/irons that she thought would help me but did not pressure me into making a purchase right that minute. This employee is a keeper and I will definitely be returning to her in the future!

When I arrived home I found my hair was uneven on the sides.I'll go to Kharma next time.I don't need a response.i won't be back and o won't recommend, besides the shop could use a Swiffer Duster.

Got my hair cut this weekend and the stylist said it’s not possible to do a dry cut on my hair even though multiple other hairstylist have cut my hair perfectly with a dry cut because that’s the only way I can achieve an even short bob. So I just let him do what he thought he does best and he rolled his eyes at me. Seemed like he didn’t have any general scissor skills because he poked my neck multiple times during the cut and my hair turned out very uneven. Will not be going to this location ever again.

I'm going to London drugs next time. I bought my wife some OPI nail polish here for her birthday. She didn't like the color, but given the fact it was unopened and there was a large sign on the counter saying there is a 15 day exchange policy, I felt this would be no problem. Rather than a quick exchange or refund and a happy customer, we had to wait for them to call the manager, there was fineprint, etc. etc. We will not be coming back.

I went to Masa today for the first time (also first time at Chatters because I was hesitant after some reviews) and had partial Highlights done. She did an excellent job and the price was fair. I will go back when it's time to get my roots done and see Masa again. One negative about this Chatters is my husband has sent me there a dew times over the last few months to grab him Crew Fiber styling product and the display has been empty every time but still on the display...time to take it down and if you ever get stock put it out.

So, Mary. She made me feel uncomfortable. She would ask me questions and then be offended when I would respond. My highlights are clumpy and not straight. She judged me for saying that we don’t need alcohol in Starbucks. She seemed mad at me the entire time, but talked the entire time about things that didn’t matter. I’m still thinking about how weird it was and sometimes I sense her at the end of my bed in the middle of the night.

Alandra at chatters in Mayfair is such an amazing stylist she saved my hair time and time again. She always does such a beautiful job on my color and hair cut ! I would highly recommend chatters in Mayfair salon ! And I would especially recommend Alandra !
