I had the pleasure of receiving treatment for acne (AviClear) at GraceMed Kerr Village and am quite satisfied with the results. The inflammation of my face has visibly abated, outbreaks and flare-ups have become much more sporadic, and my skin is overall substantially smoother. Moreover, the staff is very knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly, they walked me step by step through what I should expect from my treatment and ensured I was comfortable at all times. I’ve been going to GraceMed Kerr Village Oakville for years. At first I felt a little intimidated about trying a Med Spa…but a friend raved about the excellent skincare and helpful staff at GraceMed Kerr Village Oakville, so I decided to give them a try. I was hooked on my first visit! Sue, Gabi, and Kim have an excellent knowledge of the ZO Skin Health line. Over the years they’ve worked as a team to build and refine a skincare routine for me, and the improvement in the health and appearance of my skin has been remarkable. The expertise of these ladies extends far beyond their excellent product knowledge…the education I’ve received on GraceMed’s Med Spa services made me so comfortable that a few years ago I tried Botox, and was so delighted with the results that it’s become part of my regular routine. Last month I tried Dermal Filler, and again, the results were amazing…fresher and younger looking skin, and very natural looking…I’m absolutely thrilled!!!

I am so glad a friend told me about this place. I was very nervous about what to expect having the micro needling, however, Gabi talked me through everything and explained what to expect. This clinic is amazing! So clean and professional as soon as you walk in the door. This clinic also feels welcoming. My nurse injector Haley was incredible. She performed the hydra facial on me and did 39 units worth of Botox on my face. Haley was very knowledgeable about the treatments and really listened to my concerns while offering some ideas to troubleshoot my problem areas. She made the whole experience relaxed and painless. Recently completed my treatment with the Aviclear laser and appreciating the results it is having on my acne. It feels good to finally make some progress on something that has frustrated me long past my teenage years. Also loved getting to enjoy some of the ZO skin care products as part of the treatment protocol. The facials before each treatment really made it feel like a spa day too!Decided ,on my last visit, to have a little spontaneous Botox, for the first time, and it was great! Couldn’t believe how quick and virtually painless it was!Sue, Haley and Gabby have made me feel so comfortable and cared for at every visit .
