IT WAS AMAZING. The vibe, the food, the professionalism, the experience, all of it was superb! The food was fresh, flavorful and honestly fantastic. This Chef is very engaging and Professional, Food was amazing, no skimping on ingredients also , he cooks live in front of you and takes you through every step, Provides all the plates and utensils, had a very easy comfortable experience, he came out to my cottage took the time to set up where he was asked , even brought a gazebo for rain, went through his motions, cooked for us , served , broke down and cleaned up like he was never there, you wont be disappointed with this service and the food.I couldn't implore you more to call this guy , he will make you happy

Our association selected Paella Party to cater our annual Summer Jam, an outdoor sporting event. Choosing Paella Party to handle the food for our fundraiser heightened the caliber of this event: the smell of the paella, made on-site with the freshest ingredients, and the spectacle of watching a chef at work over two massive pans of Spanish goodness, attracted quite a crowd of people, many of them asking me for details on how to hire this caterer. I requested Paella Party for a corporate lunch event and it was amazing. The presentation was beautiful, Joey was perfectly organized and right on time, he brought everything he needed and stayed to serve as well. The food itself was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend Paella Party and we will definitely be inviting them back in the summer for the full paella cooking experience.

I can’t recommend this guys highly enough, we had Joey to cater my birthday for family and friends, Seafood paella and chicken chorizo were just fantastic.As a Spaniard I always had doubts to get paella out of Spain but, wow, that was just simply on point, gracias Joey!
