Je travaille à cet endroit depuis 2019 en tant qu'éducatrice à l'enfance et je n'ai que du positif à dire sur l'installation ! Les locaux sont grands et bien configurés. L'équipe de la direction quant à elle, se montre très disponible et ouverte pour soutenir les parents utilisateurs et les employées.

Une très très belle garderie à recommandé un super service de direction des éducatrices bien formés à la hauteur vraiment une garderie à haut niveau ma fille est très contente avec eux merci et bravo l'équipe

Les filles là-bas son cool et maternelle.Bon suivit avec les éducatrices qui sont d'une gentillesse immense.Mon gars parle anglais et français grâce à euxBref la meilleures place pour amener tes enfants à Laval.

Servcie is bad.At the begining in this daycare, my one year old baby cried and I asked educator to hold, she even said the child is very heavy.For a period of time, my children often drooled, we prepared a lot of dry bib to replace the wet one. But when we picked up the child, we always found the bib he wearied has been totally soaked, even the clothes under the bib are wet. And because the child's chin is always exposed to the very wet bib, there are always red dots.Usually when we pick up the child, the diaper is heavy, have a lot of urine, indicating that they don't change diaper in time. And sometimes we even found there are caca in the diaper. In addition, our child's bodysuit has three buttons, the educator changed the diaper but only used one button. While the diaper is not sticky strong enough and then fell down into the pants.Outdoor play area is sand, and sometimes this will affect the child's health. There are many times, when we pick up the child, the child kept rubbing his eyes, because of sand. Several times sand is even in the child's mouth.Every day we put replaced clothes in the bag. Once a time, the temperature is low, I put jacket inside the bag, coat outside the bag. When they go out to play, they only see the coat outside the bag which may be too hot for that day. They don't search inside the bag to find jacket and just let the children play on the outside with T-shirt, while the educator herself was wearing a coat sitting outside, and told me not cold. Really funny. Because this my child had been ill for 2 weeks. Another time, child wetted their pants, and they only replaced the outer pants, wet underwear is not replaced. But the clean underwear was in the bag, just was covered by other clothes. The educator didn't search seriously, let the children dressed in wet underwear spending the whole afternoon.

Mes enfants vont à cette garderie depuis août. Le personnel est très accueillant et attentifs. L’endroit est propre, les locaux spacieux et lumineux. Je vois une belle progression pour mon fils de 3 ans. Il adore aller à la garderie, ses amis et son éducatrice. J’y sens mes enfants heureux et en sécurité. Je recommande l’endroit si vous avez la possibilité d’envoyer vos enfants.
