When I set up my account, they sent me a welcome email with all of my account information including my password in plain text. I explained why this was a problem, they told me the problem was on my end, I less gently told them that that was not the case, they told me they don't tolerate strong language and hung up. I WOULD NOT do business with a company with such a tenuous grasp of basic IT security, let alone one that wants any personal information!
