If there were zero stars, that's what the star rating would be.I bought a stapler yesterday, and it was broken when I opened the package. I tried to return it today, and they said they will not do an exchange or return because how would they know if I didn't break it.My question is, why would I buy a stapler yesterday to break it and return it?I advise people not to go here, because they have things that are broken inside packages, and then they won't do a return or exchange.

First time pre-ordered balloons, not sure what happened but 1 balloon was in the wrong colour. They really didn't care and never offered to accommodate...poor customer service.

Horrible customer service, and scamming owners who do not care about their customers, only about themselves, considering it's a dollar store" nothing is priced a dollar. A lot more expensive then other dollar stores and a lot of items are damaged and still sold deliberately to unsuspecting customers

Well... the store was great! So many options! But when I called for an item in particular (fidget spinners) after the person listed all the colours(because I asked) I said thank you and he suddenly hung up... I had to call another time for my other request

Advised of defective balloon when it was blown up, and they said it was ok. Then it pops and they said they can’t do anything. Lost a loyal customer.

Excellent selection always available prices are very good you need to go every week because there’s different items that are brought in weekly. Staff is very very friendly older gentleman is always very helpful and owner always brings in great selection

Ok place to get stuff you need. Felt little pricey then dollorama, but given the convenience of being nearby and most stuff available, is justified.

Pretty good selection of items for a dollar store. Priced a little higher than the others but still good deals to be found! Lots of beach items and party items. Great card selection and they also have a helium station with a pretty extensive balloon selection too. I’d come back if I was in the area. Dollar stores are always fun to get lost in!
