This company came highly recommended by a colleague since December 2022. I have been call to speak with anyone at all and all I get is the receptionist and once I am transferred no one picks up the phone. I have sent email, left vmail and no one cared to call back. I have called Harneet, Eddie, taylor, Theresa, and 2 more recruitors and I swear, not one called me back. Is this the norm with this company?

I have worked with Vancouver teams which were very professional and they help me on finding job, but after relocating to Toronto I was connected to the Toronto team and they didn't even call me back!They never follow up with me for finding job

I am highly disappointed in the recruiters at this company. They never followed through with their words. I haven't received an email or phone call to keep me updated on the status of my request. I urge you to do better when representing clients.

Although I was hesitant to write this, thinking they might reach out, it's become clear to me after reading the other reviews that I am not the only person whose time was wasted with this agency. Deanna Dinanath and Laura Alvarez specifically, were the recruiters who reached out to me and never in my life have I dealt with two individuals that were so negligent and unprofessional. Despite contacting me repeatedly, saying they wanted to talk to me about a role right away, it was pretty obvious to me after our first conversation that they were not going to follow up even though they had scheduled a phone call for the following day. On the actual day, exactly as I had predicted, I was given the pathetic justification of technological difficulties without even giving a second thought as to how utterly inept the excuse sounded. Over 3 weeks later, there has been no follow-up.I know that sometimes things just don't work and that's okay. But the fact that they gave me false hope, wasted my time, and then left me hanging says a lot about who they really are and what they really value. The interview itself was incredibly awkward. Initially, I thought they just happened to catch me on a bad day because my meeting was so late, I had just sprained my ankle the night before and I already had back-to-back interviews prior. But I came to the realization afterwards, that they just have absolutely no idea how to conduct an interview and are only interviewing you to gather information (asking extremely personal questions like your previous salary, etc.), making the process incredibly unpleasant and awkward. My advice to anyone who reads this is not to waste your time with this agency because they have zero regard for wasting yours. People are already having a difficult time finding jobs, so it is just disgusting to have businesses like this waste your time with a bait-and-switch. Do better.
