I visited about 2 1/2 weeks before my event to buy a suit but I did end up getting fitted with the wrong size. When I came in to pick up my suit, Layla was kind enough to help me reorder the right size! Unfortunately that was about a week before my event, so there was a very tight window. When I came in the day before my event, I was told that shipping got delayed and I wasn’t going to receive my suit on time. Thankfully, Eric was able to work things out, and I left with a near to, if not identical suit to the one I had ordered! I understand mistakes happen and they’re inevitable, but the shipping mishap was completely out of their control! Nonetheless, they handled it very well! Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Update 3: Went back for my 3rd visit. Jack not only got my 1st blazer fitted and tailored but did it for free and gave me a discount on my previous purchases. True professional that knows how to retain business and turn a new customer into a Moores customer for life. Thanks Jack for the professionalism in helping me look the part and keep it affordable compared to ANY of the competition.Jack and Sid (two staff that helped me on separate visits) were attentive and knowledgeable. Jack found me a blazer within minutes and a proper fit that worked great. Sid measured and marked me up during my 2nd visit for the tailor whom I would be sending my newly purchased suit to be altered, free of charge. FYI, weekly turnaround (Mondays) on alterations. Will be back when more formal attire is required, great prices compared to the competition downtown Vancouver. Lacking suit stock/inventory was my main critique but a well laid out tie section. Would have bought more if there was more.

I recently picked up a new suit, tie and dress shirt from this store and let me just say, I was BLOWN away by the amazing hospitality and customer service experience they provided me. They helped me alter three shirts too and they took the time to check in with me through out the process and made sure I was happy with everything. A big shout out to Ezequiel and Angel for making feel so valued and special. You've earned a customer for life!

Was looking for a nice suit and Moores never disappointed us. Great collection, great quality, lovely staff, and even affordable customized tailoring options.The staff are very friendly and do their best to find what works best for your body and occasion. The suit needed some tailoring and it was ready the day after.

Cannot say enough about the level of service at this store. You are greeted the moment you walk in and a staff person sticks with you the whole time. I want to especially lift up Fernando. His knowledge and his customer service are top level. I am never disappointed.
