As always, we were seated quickly, had our orders taken immediately, and had an amazing meal.The staff are always very friendly and considerate, I will always recommend this restaurant.Our server Brad, was so quick with his service, very respectful and really made our dinner special!

Four of us were in on June 8th, 2023 for a birthday dinner and while the food was exceptional, our service from Laura was even better.She was friendly, made great recommendations and always had a smile on her face.It wasn't the closest one, but the service made up the difference.

Was taken to ESM for Mother's Day and it was incredibly busy. We were lucky to have been served by Abby. She was awesome. Incredibly attentive considering how packed the restaurant was. She apologized for the delay but gave us better service then some on a slow night. Food was good but the service was excellent. Even the other servers in our area were smiling and.cheerfully working. It was so refreshing to see. It was our first time at that location but definitely not our last.

I have been eating here since it was built. I went away a while. My wife and I moved back 10 years ago and last night was 1st time here since. Food was excellent, had the marino chicken and like 4 bowls of soup. Price was fine as well. No issues will come back again

Some friends and I recently visited East Side Mario's on Harmony, and it was a huge disappointment. The server was kind and personable, however the wait for the food was incredibly long, and we could live with that but it kept getting worse. When we got our food, we had no forks to eat it. We had to flag down a server for our utensils who must have forgotten to come back, so we had to flag down someone else. We did finally get some forks. Now to make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, I found a long hair in my pasta. (Check the picture) I immediately called the server, and he took the dish back to the kitchen. They offered me a freshly made dish. I said thanks, but no thanks. We all lost our appetites at this point. Despite the servers' apologies, no one really seemed to care about our experience. The service was subpar, and we were all disappointed in both the food and the overall experience. I would not recommend this East Side Mario's to anyone looking for a decent meal and good service.

The food was delightfully delicious. It was amazing. Everything was on point. Our server, Alice, she was very proactive and prompt. I loved the food. My friend also loved hers. I had the lasagna, with a side of Italian wedding soup. My friend ordered the Carbanara with the Italian wedding soup as well. We had sliders for appetizers and cheese cake for dessert.This business has my vote of confidence any time, any day. You can tell that I'm a foodie, the food here really impressed my taste buds.

Just left this location and had a terrible experience. First you are spending the entire time swatting away fruit flies. Probably killed 20 of them, picked some out of our beer and were constantly swatting them away.Second major issue: ordered a pizza. Directly underneath of it it says add chicken for $1.99. I asked to do that. Got my pizza, it’s missing the balsamic drizzle and the arugula. Asked our server about it, it was forgotten. That was fixed, that’s fine no problem. Our bill comes, there is a $5.99 charge for the chicken add on. I ask the server about it and show her on the online menu it says it is $1.99 to add. She asks her manager, comes back and continues to argue that it’s added on like the build your own pizza and it’s $5.99. I explain and show her again, no it’s on Your menu, it is $1.99 to add. Continued to argue, said she just has to do what the manager says and wouldn’t take it off. So now we’ve asked for the bill so we can go home and finish our pizzas in peace without a hundred fruit flies around us and we’re being over charged with prices they just make up? Absolutely horrible experience. They wouldn’t listen to us about the price on their own menu and she wouldn’t send the manager over. Do not go here. I will not return to this location and probably to any to be honest. So disappointing.

This is for Oshawa, Harmony Road outlet.Very disappointed. It was or first visit and probably the last. The place had flies hovering around us. Washrooms were a bit smelly. Food was sub par, especially the chicken wings were unbearably salty.The only good thing about this place was our server. She was a pro and served with a smile and knew her job inside out.

The server wuz very slow and no where to be found when needed. Ordered a pop and once it came so glad for I wuz very thirsty. Take a drink and spat it out cause it did not taste like pop just really carbonated gross water. After getting all of my food while eating my salad I asked for some containers cause my eyeballs were bigger than my stomach. I still had abit of salad left so I asked for some more cheese on my salad and some more bread. I get the bill and I got charged for cheese on my salad and the loaf of garlic bread. So I asked y did I get charged ? The waitress told me, my manager says once u ask for take out containers whether ur still eating or not do not ask for more cheese or bread. Cause u will be charged for it!!!
