Gorgeous Persian Rugs (Sales, Repair, Carpet Cleaning)

6 kids, 2 adult and a few puppies - that was the front entry rug I had hopes of salvaging when I went to Gorgeous Persian Rugs. The rug was in such sad shape that I even told the gentleman don’t worry about making it look pretty but please could you try and get the last four years of dirt out of it. He told me he would need a week. Exactly one week later Mike emailed to let me know the carpet was ready. I was in awe when they unrolled it in the showroom for my post clean approval. It looked stunning!!!Thank you Mike ( and your team ) for being the type of people who really want to make a customer happy! By the way, the second best part of going to Gorgeous Rugs was while they went to get the rug from the back I had time to look around the showroom…I already have our next rugs picked out;) There are more than just a few spectacular rugs that I would buy in a heartbeat:)

We had a silk Persian rug cleaned by Gorgeous Persian Rugs last year. We were very pleased with the result! Mike and Sam were very helpful throughout and even suggested additional services that were suited to our particular needs. They were professional from start to finish and the overall experience was excellent!

I can form a stronger opinion about a company when something goes wrong. I was given that opportunity with this rug company. I wanted a 5’ circular rug with a simple pattern and contemporary colours to put under my office chair. At Gorgeous Persian Rugs I found the perfect rectangular 5’ x 7’ rug that they offered to cut and bind to my preferred dimensions and shape. It was ready for pickup in a couple of days. I was pleased with how it looked in my space at home. Then I noticed that a small part of the binding - about 1 inch - was missing the stitches to hold it fast to the rug. I returned to the store with the rug for correction. Mike was polite, apologetic, and helpful with a solution. In the 10 minutes that it took them to fix the problem, I browsed through the store and dreamt of the new rug I might purchase for my living room one day. They have a large selection of hand made and machine made rugs.When my new rug was fixed Mike assured me that if I have any further rug issues that they would fix them for me.If I decide to buy another rug, Gorgeous Persian Rugs will be on my list of possible vendors.Thanks for your help today, Mike!

As an artist, I've seen paintings all around the world - it is rare that I'm completely breathtaken by a visual. The rug I got moved me. I waited a month to get and it and looked at the photograph on my phone throughout. So peaceful. Good price.

We recently took our Persian wool runner in to be cleaned. Mike and his team did a great job on the rug. We cherish this rug and they treated it with the care and consideration that it deserved. We had the rug back in less than a week, which was really impressive. When we went to pick up the rug, we ended up buying another runner for the house. There is an incredibly beautiful selection of Persian rugs in all sizes in this store. We LOVE our Persian rugs. We have a number of them at home and they just warm up the home and look beautiful. They also last forever and we have certainly given ours a good workout between our family and three dogs. I would definitely recommend this business if you have carpets to be cleaned or if you are contemplating purchasing a Persian Rug (both machine created or hand made this store has rugs for a variety of prices). We just had our 9 x 12 handmade wool rug cleaned by Gorgeous Rugs and they did a fabulous job! The rug hadn’t been cleaned for 2.5 years and it was pretty dirty. It is so beautiful now. I also really appreciated that Mike came to pick it up when he said he would and he delivered it back within the timeframe that he had estimated. Great service and reasonably priced!
