Shoppers Drug Mart

Post Office outlet has staff that are friendly but sometimes line up is slow because other customers take a lot of time and there’s only 1 postal worker here. The pharmacy takes a LONG time to refill prescriptions, and I’ve always been told to come back later rather than wait. Only SDM I’ve used where this seems to be a regular occurrence, and Ive used several other SDMs across Canada over many years. The store has a good selection of typical SDM stuff you’d expect to find. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Never had a problem with them. I go down to Sydney from Halifax to see my son on the weekends sometimes, and I have to go in the store both days to take my medication, and their always willing to help me out, which I really appreciate. can be hard to come by nowadays. I think if your going to go to a pharmacy, then Shoppers is your best bet. there good people and there's hours of operation are perfect too.

Tried to get passport photos, the cashier informed us that she has not been able to figure out how to successfully take a passport photo and her employer has not assisted in training. Why advertise you take passport photos if you cannot preform this service..

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Arrogant, ignorant, dismissive and negligent pharmacists (I believe their names were Eric and Denise?). Filled the wrong prescription, failed to enter insurance information correctly, and treated customer as if it was their fault.Excellent front end service and employees, despite an incompetent and inappropriate floor manager.Terrible stocking and cleanliness.

The parking lot was really busy at about 5.20pm, only a couple of spots for disabled people's parking. There were shopping carts abandoned everywhere, including right in the doorway and scattered across the sidewalk making it very difficult for anyone disabled or with a baby buggy to get into the store. There weren't many members of staff available to provide assistance or answer queries. Not much choice of premium make-up brands. Disappointing lack of choice of other hair and beauty products in general. The Perspex barriers around the checkout made it extremely difficult to scan your PC Optimum card having to shove your arm through a rather small opening at an awkward angle with the staff member offering no help whatsoever. If my husband hadn't been with me I would not have been able to pack the items I purchased as again no help was offered & the next person was being served before we had time to keep stretching around the ridiculous Perspex barrier to where the sales assistant" had left the items (close to her but very difficult for the customer to access). I will avoid this location from now on."

This is where I always go to pick up my prescriptions, it also has make up hair care products snacks do you name under the sun,The staff are very very friendly here and everyone seem to know everyone, they will always say hello and help you out whatever you’re looking for.If you’d like to review give me a thumbs up

It seems like I was forced to use self check out, would much rather the option to use regular check out. Kinda gave me a bad look on this location

I visited this store on July 26/21 at about 8pm. Specifically the Beauty department. The woman there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me considering I went in to buy a fragrance but was unsure about what I wanted. She kindly showed me recommendations based on what little information I gave her. Her knowledge concerning perfumes was impressive. I ended up going with something she really loves and I’m in love with it. Her knowledge about skincare was also very helpful. I hope managers read these reviews. I would like them to know how great she is.
