Kathryn Serianni makes the whole process painless. I've worked with her to put program books together on several occasions and on smaller projects also. She just did some posters for a benefit I am working on and her prices were half to one third of what Office Max charges. Unfortunately she was out of town when I needed tickets printed because I know she would have done a much better job. The posters were ready the day I ordered them. She got them done fast because she knew we could use them for the weekend. I had to get more and, again, right away. The first order she actually brought home with her for me to pick up because the shop was closed for the weekend.Don't let the idea of a union shop scare you. Always give them a chance. Cataract is better priced and better quality than many non union shops. I trust her for any printing I need done.
